On Monday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Daily Caller editor in chief Tucker Carlson explained how White House press secretary Jay Carney’s mocking of ABC News White House correspondent Jon Karl’s line of questioning was indicative of the Obama administration’s desperation amid the lackluster rollout of Obamacare.
