Guess what? Law is not decided on whether it is fair to illegal aliens, people who are already breaking the law, law is based on what is in the best interests of the citizens of the United States.

[VIDEO] CHRISTIE SAYS WE SHOULD TRACK FOREIGNERS LIKE FED EX TRACKS PACKAGES!!
Chris Christie got a little bit of criticism for saying that we should bring in Fed Ex to track foreigners who come into America on a VISA just like the company tracks packages in order to prevent their staying to become illegal aliens.

STONEWALLED: FEDS HIDE FISCAL DETAILS ABOUT VAST OPERATION TO RESETTLE ILLEGAL ALIEN MINORS
Illegal aliens who show up at the border have been resettled all across United States of America instead of being detained and deported, as Donald Trump recently called for in his new immigration plan.
According to data from the Justice Department obtained by Breitbart News, 96 percent of Central Americans caught illegally crossing into the country last summer are still in the United States. Now Breitbart News has learned exclusively that a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from a pro-security group about the cost of this operation is being stonewalled.
In January of 2015, the Immigration Reform Law Institute, on behalf of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), filed a FOIA request to discover the cost of accommodating the tens of thousands of illegal unaccompanied minors who came across the border encouraged by President Obama’s 2012 executive amnesty for illegal youths.
The FOIA letter made five requests of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency: that the federal agency detail (1) the costs of building of family detention centers; (2) the costs of apprehending, processing and detaining unaccompanied minors; (3) the costs transporting, transferring, removing and repatriating unaccompanied minors; (4) the costs related to ICE’s representation of government in removal procedures involving unaccompanied minors; and (5) the number of instances where objections to the return of unaccompanied minors were raised by the governments of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
The federal agency, however, refused to answer many of these questions– instead only partially answering two of the five requests. The agency provided only the costs of transporting, transferring and removing illegal minors, as well as the costs of the man-hours such tasks required. Those costs totaled $58.2 million—quadrupling ICE’s costs of $15.6 million in the year previous.
FAIR told Breitbart News that the agency did not provide clear documentation nor explanation as to how it arrived at this estimation.
FAIR asserts that, “The failure to provide most of the cost information related to the surge of [unaccompanied minors] indicates that the government has either failed to properly document those costs, or is refusing to reveal them.”
Because this FOIA request only inquired into the fiscal impact on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency– it does not at all take into account the cost incurred by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) nor the public education system. Because most of the unaccompanied minors were turned over to HHS following their apprehension, FAIR notes that HHS’ costs “for providing shelter, food, education, health care and other services, likely vastly exceed additional costs incurred by ICE.”
The flood of minors has also placed fiscal strains on our public education system. FAIR notes that, “68,541 [unaccompanied minors] were apprehended entering the U.S. Virtually all of them have been allowed to remain in the U.S., at least temporarily.”
Because federal law dictates that all children are entitled to an education regardless of their immigration status, the fiscal burden of educating these students has fallen onto our public education system.
As FAIR notes, educating 68,541 illegal immigrant children at “an average annual cost of $12,401 per child enrolled in K-12 education, the annual cost to local schools is at least $850 million. However, since virtually all of the [unaccompanied minors] are non-English proficient, the actual costs are likely substantially greater.”
The increased costs and difficulties associated with educating illegal minors from poor and developing countries has been well-documented. As Fox News Latino reported in June of this year, the border surge has left many “schools struggling with influx of unaccompanied minors.” While the federal government’s policy of releasing illegal minors into American communities imposes burdens all across our nation’s education system, it will perhaps hurt minority American students most profoundly, by straining the educational resources needed in their communities.
For instance, New York’s Hempstead School District, which is a 96 percent black and Hispanic district, had about 6,700 students dispersed amongst its 10 schools and usually receives an average of a couple hundred new students every year. “However, last summer’s enrollment skyrocketed to about 1,500 new kids – most of them undocumented immigrants.” Fox News Latino writes, “The crush of new enrollees left the district scrambling, forcing it to dip into its emergency reserves to shell out more than $6 million to hire more English as a Second Language teachers and additional staff to alleviate overcrowded classrooms. Still, it has not been enough. The average classroom in the district now has about 40 to 50 children and [as one teacher explained is] posing a safety issue… ‘You have to understand,’ [one teacher said], ‘many of the children are not even proficient in their native language, Spanish, and now we have to teach them how to speak English. That can be very difficult.’”
Deporting instead of resettling illegal immigrants would save taxpayer dollars in two ways.
First, by deterring future border crossings, it would reduce the amount of illegal immigration in the future. As FAIR explains, refusing to implement immigration law has only encouraged more illegal immigrants to unlawfully enter the United States: “In July 2015, the Government Accountability Office confirmed that President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals [DACA] program played a substantial role in triggering the surge of [unaccompanied minors] in 2014.”
Second, deporting rather than resettling illegal immigrants would save the costs of feeding, clothing, housing, educating, hospitalizing, and caring for illegal immigrants and their relatives. A previous study conducted by FAIR documented that illegal immigrants cost U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion every year. After FAIR explains that by comparison, “The estimated cost of deporting an illegal alien is $8,318. Using just the partial enumerated $58.2 million costs to ICE and the conservative $850 million estimate for education of [unaccompanied minors] resettled in the U.S., the amount of taxpayer money spent on dealing with unaccompanied minors would have paid for the removal of an additional 109,000 illegal aliens.”

You will never guess what liberals think of illegal aliens!
We are told repeatedly by the liberal media that opposing citizenship for illegal aliens is electoral poison. It's automatic racism and will alienate the electorate and is a guaranteed path to losing an election. The liberal media wants you to believe this despite the truth of the opposite: that an overwhelming majority of the country opposes illegal immigration. That is their big lie.
We know that conservatives by and large are against illegal immigration, but what do liberals, who are a big chunk of this country, think about illegals? The answer might surprise you. In a recent article about the return of the term "illegal aliens," the comments section of the Times was filled with remarks, presumably by their typical liberal readers, in support of the term:

Don't like "illegals"?
How about "invaders" instead?

Nobody's claiming "illegal immigrants" aren't human -- just that they're "illegal."

Of course the term is disrespectful. It is mean to convey contempt for those contemptuous foreigners who hold our laws in contempt and imagine they can disrespectfully ignore them.
Next question?

Those people impose large costs on the rest of us. They require interpreters because they do not bother to learn English before getting here. They have large families we are told to educate in Spanish at taxpayer expense. They do not have the skills to earn much meaning they pay little if taxes. They usually lack medical insurance in the US (though Mexico has medical insurance for their citizens) and do not get it from an employer so are on the hook for them.
Are we even allowed to point this out without being accused of bigotry?

Why does this group of Mexicans - and their white liberal side kicks - believe they are exempt from the migratory rules that every other ethic group and industrialized nation follow?

This has to be one of the most ridiculous articles I have ever read on this website! "Oh no, don't use the term 'illegals' because it will hurt their feelings!" Seriously? These people entered the country illegally, and therefore the term is apt. This is political correctness gone nuts!
Even the most popular comments ranked by readers (which are too long to quote here) are in opposition to illegal aliens. And in previous articles on the subject in the Times I have seen, time and time again, in the comments section the overwhelming sentiment of liberal readers against illegal aliens.
I think polls have it right, and the overwhelming majority of Americans, conservative, moderate, and liberal, are against this flood of illegal aliens. Any candidate who takes a firm, believable line on it and doesn't back down could be our next president.

Calif. Lawmaker's Bill Would Stop Police From Freeing Illegal Felons
If a measure set to be proposed in the California legislature is approved, law enforcement agencies in the Golden State will have to report to federal officials before releasing from prison an illegal immigrant convicted of a felony.
Republican state Sen. Jeff Stone of Murrieta said that he will propose the bill after two California women were allegedly killed by illegal immigrant felons in Santa Maria and San Francisco, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Under the expected measure, state law enforcement officials would have to notify Immigration and Customs Enforcement that the illegal immigrant felon was about to be released and also hold the person in custody for 48 hours while ICE decides if it wants the detainee prosecuted or deported.
Santa Maria resident Marilyn Pharis, 64, was allegedly raped and killed by Aureliano Martinez Ramirez and another man July 24, just days after Ramirez had been released from jail.
Weeks earlier, Kathryn Steinle, 32, of San Francisco was allegedly killed by Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez, who had been deported from the United States five times and had several felony convictions when he shot and killed Steinle on July 1, while she was walking on a San Francisco pier with her dad.
"This has got to stop," Stone said. "If police and sheriff‘s departments were to notify immigration officials before they released these dangerous criminals, murders like these would not take place."
The San Francisco slaying led other lawmakers to look at the city's "sanctuary city" laws with more scrutiny.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Arizona Rep. Matt Salmon have authored "Kate's Law," which would require a minimum sentence of five years for any illegal immigrant that re-enters the country after they are deported.
Cruz, along with Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, has also co-authored a measure that would result in withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities.

[VIDEO] ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIME ACCOUNTS FOR OVER 30% OF MURDERS IN MANY STATES
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump deserves credit for forcing all 17 Republican candidates to talk about the social costs of illegal immigration, but it is not “Trump’s issue.” We will be making a fatal mistake if we let the media discuss it that way.
As Ann Coulter has pointed out, this is the most critical issue of the 2016 race because this is the issue that will define whether or not there will even be an American nation recognizable as the “home of the free and land of the brave.”
But illegal immigration is not “Ann Coulter’s issue” any more than it is “Tom Tancredo’s issue.” It is America’s issue — not only because it will define America in the 21st Century but because it also defines American elections and who will be voting in elections in 2020 and beyond. It also illuminates the power of the mainstream media to keep issues off the national stage.
Think of illegal immigration this way: If the liberal media can keep illegal alien crime out of the “kitchen table debate,” they can keep any issue out of the debate. And they will if they can get away with it. For those reasons, illegal immigration is much more than an issue of public policy; it is the poster child for media malpractice.
The media’s attempt to suppress public awareness over illegal alien crime and the effects of illegal immigration on American workers’ jobs and wages is nothing less than censorship on a massive scale. We need to start talking about it in those terms and hold the media accountable for the lack of ethical standards.
The mainstream media – including, sadly, major segments of the presumably conservative media, like the Wall Street Journal — are working overtime to keep the American public and the American voters in the dark on the scope of illegal alien crime. The murder of Kate Steinle in San Francisco exposed only the tip of a massive iceberg, and the media establishment is desperate to avoid dealing with the iceberg underneath.
Let’s look at a few numbers. You haven’t seen them in the New York Times, Atlanta Constitution, or the Miami Herald, nor have they been featured on NBC Nightly news or CNN. So, the average American is blissfully unaware of them.
- Between 2008 and 2014, 40% of all murder convictions in Florida were criminal aliens. In New York it was 34% and Arizona 17.8%.
- During those years, criminal aliens accounted for 38% of all murder convictions in the five states of California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and New York, while illegal aliens constitute only 5.6% of the total population in those states.
- That 38% represents 7,085 murders out of the total of 18,643.
That 5.6% figure for the average illegal alien population in those five states comes from US Census estimates. We know the real number is double that official estimate. Yet, even if it is 11%, it is still shameful that the percentage of murders by criminal aliens is more than triple the illegal population in those states.
Those astounding numbers were compiled by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) using official Department of Justice data on criminal aliens in the nation’s correctional system. The numbers were the basis for a presentation at a recent New Hampshire conference sponsored by the highly respected Center for Security Policy. You can view the full presentation here:

[VIDEO] Bereaved Father: Too Many Americans Are Being Killed By Undocumented Immigrant Felons
On Tuesday, Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) of the Senate Judiciary Committee presided over a hearing entitled, “Oversight of the Administration’s Misdirected Immigration Enforcement Policies: Examining the Impact on Public Safety and Honoring the Victims.”
During that hearing, Jim Steinle, whose daughter was recently killed by an undocumented citizen in San Francisco, California, testified about the devastating loss of his beloved daughter, Kate.
“The day she was killed we were walking arm and arm on Pier 14 in San Francisco, enjoying a wonderful day together,” Mr. Steinle recalled. “Suddenly a shot rang out, Kate fell, and looked at me and said, ‘Help me, Dad.’ Those were the last words I’ll ever hear from my daughter.”
“The alleged murderer is an undocumented immigrant who's been convicted of seven felonies in the US, and already deported five times,” he added. “Yet in March of this year, he was released from jail and allowed to stay here freely because of [legal] loopholes. It’s unbelievable to see so many innocent Americans that have been killed by undocumented immigrant felons in recent years. In fact, we’ve recently come across a statistic that says between 2010 and 2014, 121 criminals aliens — who had an active deportation case at the time of release – were subsequently charged with homicide-related offenses.”
Three other witnesses also testified about loved ones who were inexplicably and brutally murdered by illegal immigrants. Mrs. Oliver Sullivan spoke about how her husband, Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver, was shot in the head — and killed — by an undocumented alien while on duty in Sacramento, California. She explained that a day doesn’t go by that she doesn’t think about him, and how his death was in all likelihood preventable. Mr. Brian McCann, meanwhile, testified that the convicted felon who murdered his brother, Dennis, was able to post bail and actually leave prison because of a failure in immigration policy. How could such a “pathetic, miscarriage of justice” be possible in the United States, he asked the panel of US senators?
Finally, and equally as heartbreaking, Ms. Laura Wilkinson recounted the unspeakable tragedy of when her son, Joshua, was tortured, killed, and left in a field to rot by a so-called DREAMer. She therefore called on members of Congress to start implementing immigrations laws that put Americans — not criminals —first. (Her son’s killer was sentenced to life in prison. But, as Ms. Wilkinson testified, she expects he will one day be granted parole and won’t be deported). Not surprisingly, she also believes that many wrongheaded, status quo immigration laws simply aren't working. She explained that the infamous sanctuary city policy, for instance, is “inviting” dangerous criminals into the country, thereby jeopardizing the national security interests and safety of American citizens. This misguided policy, she intimated, directly contributed to her son’s death.
“I don’t want your sympathy,” she declared. “I want you to do something about it."

[VIDEO] Trump Holds Presser with Family Members of People Killed by Illegal Immigrants
Donald Trump held a press conference in Los Angeles tonight, joined by family members of individuals killed by illegal immigrants. Trump met with them in private earlier today before holding the presser.
Trump started things out by again insisting that his remarks about immigrants were absolutely on-point, saying that Mexico is deliberately sending less than its best into the United States.
He touted how he’s the only candidate talking about this, dismissed the “very few” protesters gathered nearby to stand against up, and ripped the media for being “dishonest” in its coverage of him.
Trump then handed things over to the aforementioned family members to share their personal, heartfelt stories and why they’re standing with Trump on this issue.

CDC Official Calls Obama Worst President, Amateur, Marxist After Influx of Illegal Alien Minors
Following the influx of illegal immigrant minors from Central America, an official at the federal agency charged with protecting public health describes Barack Obama as “the worst pres we have ever had,” an “amateur” and “Marxist,” according to internal emails obtained by Judicial Watch.
JW got the records as part of an investigation into the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) activation of anEmergency Operations Center (EOC) to deal with the barrage of illegal alien minors last summer. Tens of thousands of Central Americans came into the United States through the Mexican border and contagious diseases—many considered to be eradicated in the U.S.—became a tremendous concern. The CDC, which operates under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), responded by opening an emergency facility designed to monitor and coordinate response activities to eminent public health threats.
This special emergency division was created after the 2001 terrorist attacks and has responded to more than 50 public health threats, including hurricanes, food borne disease outbreaks, the 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic and the Haiti cholera outbreak. Scientists from across the CDC are brought together to analyze, validate, and efficiently exchange information during a public health emergency and connect with response partners. The EOC also coordinates the deployment of CDC staff and the procurement and management of all equipment and supplies that agency responders may need during their deployment.
It’s a major and costly operation that can stick American taxpayers with a huge tab. That’s why JW launched a probe when the Obama administration took in the illegal immigrants, initially coined Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), with open arms last summer. JW has sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for planning records involving the border crisis as well as information relating to the solicitation of “on-demand escort services” for the 65,000 UACs that remain in the U.S. Last year JW also reported that the illegal immigrant minors have brought in serious diseases, including swine flu, dengue fever, possibly Ebola virus and tuberculosis.
The CDC records obtained by JW this week include email exchanges between agency officials directly involved in the activation of the EOC to handle the health threats created by the influx of illegal alien minors last summer. In an email dated June 9, 2014, CDC Logistics Management Specialist George Roark wrote to CDC Public Health Advisor William Adams that “no country in the world would allow” the influx. Adams replies that “in ten years or less, they’ll all be voting…Commander’s intent…” Roark fires back by describing Obama as “the worst pres we have ever had…he truly is ‘the amateur’ but a Marxist too.”

ILLEGAL ALIEN HEALTH INSURANCE EXPANDED IN 35 CALIFORNIA COUNTIES
A panel of eight County Medical Services Program (CMSP) board members appointed largely by unelected, government administrative officials unanimously decided Thursday to give health insurance to illegal aliens that aren’t low income and don’t qualify for California’s Obamacare health exchange Covered California.
Under the CMSP decision, those illegal aliens, mostly identified as adults by theSacramento Bee, would be provided health coverage. This applies to the 35 member counties of CMSP. They are largely rural counties. It’s aimed at covering those that remain uninsured after the state’s Obamacare exchange and Medi-Cal, low-income health insurance, are considered. Expansion includes several doctor visits and $1,000 in prescription drugs the Bee reports. It could begin in 2016.
Migration Policy Institute estimates 3 million illegally present foreign nationals in California alone.
While this program operates outside of the health exchange, California is aggressively moving toward providing health insurance to foreign nationals illegally present in the state under the state’s Obamacare exchange Covered California as well.
Governor Jerry Brown Wednesday signed California’s budget including a provision to give an estimated 170,000 illegally present foreign national children Medi-Cal coverage at a cost of $130,000. This despite President Obama’s 2009 lie as he promised before Congress that illegal aliens would not be able to enroll. It’s reminiscent of another Obama lie, “If you like your healthcare plan, you’ll be able to keep your healthcare plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.”
Democrats have also introduced legislation in California, SB 4, that would provide a waiver allowing illegal aliens to enroll in state healthcare exchanges.
Meanwhile Gov. Brown has declared illegal aliens are welcome in California and even went so far as to threateningly call it un-Christian to deny them amnesty.
The CMSP also approved bumping eligibility for both legal and illegal residnets, up to 300 percent of the federal poverty level according to the Bee. The federal poverty level for a single individual is just under $12,000 for 2015. Extra cost of the program will amount to approximately $6-9 million.
The CMSP, “has responsibility for setting program eligibility standards, defining the scope of covered healthcare benefits, and determining payment rates for healthcare providers delivering emergency and non-emergency services to CMSP members,” according to its own website. Advanced Medical Management serves as the CMSP’s third party administrator.
CMSP faced budget strain before Medi-Cal expansion and creation of Covered California. According to the Bee it now enjoys a cushy $225 million reserve.

EXCLUSIVE — WALKER: WE’D BE SENDING IN NAVY TO STOP ILLEGALS IF THEY WERE SWARMING OUR SEA PORTS LIKE THEY DO SOUTHERN BORDER
Republican Party 2016 primary frontrunner Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker told Breitbart News exclusively that if the invasion of illegal aliens that’s currently swarming across America’s southern border were coming in via America’s sea ports, the government would be sending in the Navy to stop it. Instead, the federal government—despite not having to at all—chooses, he says, to leave the U.S. border with Mexico wide open.
Walker said in an interview over Memorial Day Weekend:
Earlier this year I went out with Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for his invitation—I was thrilled to go with him not just up in a helicopter for the day, but we went down to the border and didn’t just see it from the air. To meet with Texas Public Safety, to meet with local officials, as well as with many of the fine people who are in U.S. Border Patrol down there—and to just to see the massive challenges, more so in meetings than they even showed me up in the air—they clearly, clearly showed to me in video and any number of reports that this is a matter of safety. This is a matter of national security. This is truly a matter national sovereignty, in that if we were having people penetrate our water-based ports throughout the Gulf [of Mexico] or either coast, we’d be taking swift action initially with the Coast Guard and eventually probably with the Navy. Yet, we have international criminal organizations seeking to penetrate our land-based borders to the south—the push for drugs, for firearms and increasingly for people from a trafficking standpoint—it’s just horrific we’re not taking more action to truly secure that border.
Walker discussed with Breitbart News how on his trip to the border, officials showed to him that the list of country of origin of illegal aliens shows people from nations with terrorism ties trying to get into the U.S.

State Sued for Discrimination; Won’t Hire Illegal Alien Who Used Fake SS
Here’s a good one; a Mexican man who came to the U.S. illegally as a youth is suing a state agency for discrimination because it refuses to hire him for using a fake Social Security to work for nearly a decade.
It’s as if a bold and extremely confident class of illegal alien has emerged in the last few years. The case comes out of northern California and it involves a naturalized American citizen who could easily serve as the poster child for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a special amnesty for youths brought to the U.S. illegally “through no fault of their own.”
The man in this case, Victor Guerrero, came to the U.S. illegally from Mexico when he was 11, according to thenonprofit legal group representing him. At the age of 15 he got a job in a restaurant using someone else’s Social Security. He did that for around seven years before somehow becoming a legal U.S. resident in 2007. Unbelievably, three years later he became an American citizen.
When Guerrero applied for a job as a prison guard with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the fake Social Security scam caught up to him. He passed all the required tests, both physical and written, and agreed to the mandatory background check. The state agency rightfully denied employment, stating that he lacked honesty, integrity and good judgment after learning about his Social Security scam.
Guerrero applied for the prison guard job a second time and again was refused the position over using a bogus Social Security to work for seven years. The State Personnel Board upheld the corrections department’s decision and this month Guerrero filed a discrimination lawsuit against both agencies in federal court. In his laughable complaint Guerrero claims that the policy excluding criminals from being hired violates fair employment laws and unfairly hurts Latino job applicants.
“By filing this case, Mr. Guerrero seeks to vindicate the right of work-authorized job applicants to be fairly considered for employment opportunities without their prior undocumented status being held against them,” says an announcement released by the group, Legal Aid Society, handling the case. It also quotes Guerrero playing the race card: “Those who are legally authorized to work should be able to do so regardless of their race, accent or the country they come from.”
