[VIDEO] BEN CARSON: WAR IS ON ‘WHAT’S INSIDE OF WOMEN’

GOP presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson dismissed the Democrat mantra of a “war on women,” saying instead that he thinks the real war should be focused on “what’s inside of women.”

“They tell you that there’s a war on women,” Carson stated at a rally.
“There is no war on women — there may be a war on what’s inside of women, but there is no war on women in this country,” he said, in reference to abortion.
Carson said the Democratic language arguing there is a “war on women” to push the narrative that Republicans are against birth control and women’s health is used to to divide people.
“All of those people who are trying to drive wedges between us, they are the enemy, they are not our friends, and we must learn to recognize them, and not allow them to manipulate us,” Carson added.

EPA HIDING DATA FROM TOXIC SPILL IT CAUSED IN COLORADO

A settling pond is used at Cement Creek, which was flooded with millions of gallons of mining wastewater, on August 11, 2015 in Silverton, Colorado. The Environmental Protection Agency uses settling ponds to reduce the acidity of mining wastewater so that it carries fewer heavy metals. (Photo by

The Environmental Protection Agency insists it needed to take over a gold mine in Colorado. But — now that it’s caused a massive pollution spill — the agency refuses to furnish proof that it ever needed control of the mine.

Not only did the EPA coerce the mine owner to grant it access on threat of a $35,000 per day fine and then fail to take common sense precautions to check the water pressure behind the Gold King mine when it began removing debris from the portal, now the agency is hiding the data related to the before and after effects of the spill.
On Friday Breitbart News posed eight specific questions to the EPA regarding the pollutant levels and exfiltration rates at the Gold King mine and the Red and Bonita mine during the period before and after the August 5 spill into the Cement Creek and Animas River in Colorado. The agency failed to offer any response by our Monday evening story deadline.
Those questions are:
1. What was the rate of exfiltration in GPM (gallons per minute) from the Gold King portal before the spill?
2. What is it now?
3. What was the rate of exfiltration in GPM from the Red-Bonita portal before the spill ?
4. What is it now?
5. What was the PPM (parts per million) for arsenic, cadmium, lead and copper in the exfiltrating water from the Gold King portal before the spill?
6. What is it now?
7. What was the PPM for arsenic, cadmium, lead and copper in the exfiltrating water from the Red-Bonita portal before the spill?
8. What is it now?
Dave Taylor, the retired geologist who predicted the EPA project that caused the toxic spill would “fail in 7 to 120 days” tells Breitbart News EPA’s failure to provide this information is troublesome.
“These are simple questions with simple answers that they undoubtedly have at their fingertips. If not, then there is something they don’t want us to know,” Taylor tells Breitbart News in an exclusive interview.
“Forget about what happened during the spill. Comparing this before and after information will tell us EXACTLY what has occurred and what changes the spill may have caused,” Taylor says.
Dr. David Lewis, a former EPA scientist and currently the director of research for theFocus for Health Foundation, tells Breitbart News that he is finalizing plans for his independent analysis of current Animas River pollution levels available for public review by as early as next month.
Republican Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson is scheduled to visit Durango, Coloradoon Tuesday to find out more details about the toxic spill into the Animas River caused by EPA incompetence.

DR. BEN CARSON: THE PEOPLE WILL RISE UP AND REGAIN CONTROL OF GOVERNMENT

GOP presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson joined Breitbart News Sunday on SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125 with host Stephen K. Bannon, Breitbart News’ Executive Chairman, who asked Carson about his numbers and support increasing after the first GOP presidential primary debate last week in Cleveland, Ohio.

A recent NBC poll after the debate noted that Carson is right behind GOP frontrunner Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). Also following the debate, the Carson campaign posted on Facebook, “Even more, it’s clear that the people were listening – we gained over 100,000 friends and patriots on Facebook during the debate.”
Bannon asked Carson if he thought the fact that he didn’t get much talking time from Fox News in the beginning of the debate had anything to do with being underestimated by some critics as a top tier candidate.
“The traditional world of political punditry and political experts think that the possibility of someone like me being successful is zero. That’s been their attitude from the very beginning,” Carson answered.
He continued, “They’ve forgotten about the most important thing and that is the people. For decades now, we’ve kind of forgotten about the people. It was Thomas Jefferson who said that in the end just before we turn to another form of government, the people will rise up and will speak and we will regain control of government – they need to read those passages.”
Carson went on to explain why he believes his message is resonating with voters.
“I think one of the things is integrity. People have lost faith in their government, you know, whatever the government says, you pretty much say, well you know, it must be the opposite of that… that’s not what this country was designed to be,” he said. “The government works for the people and not the other way around.”
In order to get the government back to where it should be – working for the people – Carson said, “We have to reestablish the priorities and we must get back to the Constitution.”
“They’re also very concerned about our fiscal ineptitude and I don’t know if very many people other than myself are really talking about the danger that we’re in in terms of the fiscal gap – the amount of money we actually owe and the implications for the future,” he added.
On the topic of the type of questions Fox News asked the candidates, Carson in a previous interview with Breitbart News appeared disappointed the candidates didn’t receive more pressing questions on issues like national security and foreign policy.
“I would have rather seen something a little more serious and directed really more toward the gigantic issues that are going to destroy this nation if we don’t do something about it,” he told Bannon. “I would have liked to have seen a situation where everybody had an opportunity to respond because the electorate must have an opportunity to compare apples to apples.”
Bannon asked Carson about his plan for immigration, which was a topic Carson said he wished he had been asked about during the debate.
“It is a big problem and it’s perfectly solvable by sealing all of the borders… not just the southern border because we have to worry about the jihadists who want to destroy us and are infiltrating our society… it’s not just fences and walls, it’s electronic surveillance and drones,” Carson explained about protecting the borders, adding more personnel could help keep the border safe.
Carson went on to explain what he plans to do once the borders are secured.
“You also have to turn off the spigot that dispenses the goodies. If there were no goodies to come here for, what would be the point of risking going through all of that barrier just to get here for noting – and you have to make the hiring of people who are not here legally a criminal offense,” he explained. “Then, you still have the 11 million people who are here – many of whom don’t know any other place, so where are you going to send them back to?”
He said it is “not practical” to round up and deport all 11 million people.
“What we have to do is provide them an opportunity to become guest workers, provided that they pay their back tax penalty, pay taxes going forward…they’re not eligible for any benefits that citizens of America get – and if they want to become an American citizen, they have to get in the back of the line and they have to go through the same process as anybody else. That’s the way I think you take care of it,” he said, adding this plan wouldn’t collapse the farming and hotel industries among others.
Bannon asked Carson if he thought the influx of illegal immigrants are taking away from American jobs, especially in places like Baltimore where the African American unemployment rate is high.
Carson said it does make it worse, but “if you make people register and become guest workers, you have much more control over that.”
On the topic of being soft spoken and usually a voice of reason among a crowded field of GOP candidates, Carson said, “It was Teddy Roosevelt that said walk softly and carry a big stick… people that believe that just because you’re not jumping all over the place and yelling and screaming, that you don’t have resolve and backbone. You know, they need to read my autobiography and see what kind of resolve and backbone I do have.”
“People, who have to raise the decibel level of what they say, frequently don’t have anything to say,” Carson stated. “When people start actually listening to what I’m saying, I think if they have common sense they will be able to resonate quite effectively with it.”

Southern Baptists cozy up to GOP after pulling back

Southern Baptists are platforming Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio at their forthcoming mission conference, but in April they disinvited Ben Carson from their pastors' conference. What gives? - Image courtesy of DonkeyHotey (http://bit.ly/1SGg56k)
When it comes to political partisanship in the 2016 presidential race, it might be said that Southern Baptists have taken one step forward and two steps back.
The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, the political arm of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), announced in a press release that its president Russell Moore would be interviewing Republican candidates Jeb Bush (live) and Marco Rubio (via video) before 13,000 attendees at the denominations’ missions conference on August 4. Leading candidates from each major party were invited, the release states, but only Rubio and Bush accepted.
But in April, denominational leaders disinvited Republican candidate Ben Carson from speaking at their annual pastor’s conference after a group of young leaders and bloggers decried his invitation. They raised theological concerns because Carson is a Seventh Day Adventist, and said having him speak would send a message of partisanship that could compromise the denomination’s prophetic witness to both parties.
It’s difficult to understand how giving Bush and Rubio a voice at this conference is sufficiently different from allowing Carson to speak at the previous one. The Southern Baptist Convention has been a vocal ally of the Republican party in recent years, and this latest move indicates that they are having a difficult time breaking from their past behavior.
Given Southern Baptists’ strong support of Republican candidates in years past, many were surprised by the criticism to Carson’s invitation this past Spring. The denominations’ gatherings throughout the ‘90s and 2000’s often featured appearances or video messages from Republican politicians and even presidents. But times have changed, and some younger voices in the denomination seem to have less tolerance for using the denomination pulpit for politicking.
“Younger Southern Baptists…are less likely to be enthusiastic about a pastors’ conference lineup that may, in some way, communicate unity around a political platform rather than the gospel of Jesus,” Baptist blogger Trevin Wax wrote after Carson was removed from the program.
Wax added that “Younger Southern Baptists fear that a display of partisanship will sacrifice the meeting’s ability to be a prophetic voice in relation to both parties.”
After it was initially announced that Carson would be speaking, a group of young voices on the “Baptist21” blog led the movement opposing the invitation. They did not mince words: “Our suggestion is that we believe it would be prudent for future SBC leaders to stop inviting politicians to our meetings. Period.”
But were they really offering a period or was it more of an asterisk? Those bloggers have remained mum following the latest announcement that Moore, a figure these young Baptists consistently celebrate, would be doing the very thing they claimed would “mute our voice in this culture” and compromise their ability to “keep a prophetic voice with both parties.” (The original post at the “Baptist21” blog is not currently live, but it has been widely cited elsewhere.)
In conversations with multiple denominational employees, all said they felt varying degrees of discomfort with the decision to host Bush and Rubio but cited an unspoken policy against criticizing other denominational agencies and declined to comment publicly.

EXCLUSIVE–DR. BEN CARSON’S FUNDRAISING NUMBERS: MORE THAN $5.2 MILLION SINCE EARLY MARCH

Dr. Ben Carson’s presidential campaign shared his early fundraising numbers exclusively with Breitbart News, proving that he—like many other 2016 conservative presidential candidates—will be a force to be reckoned with on the campaign trail.

The numbers provided to Breitbart News in the middle of last week and published here for the first time, show that Carson has raised at least $5.2 million since his launch back in early May. Spokesman Doug Watts told Breitbart News that the $5.2 million since March 3, when Carson launched his exploratory committee, came “predominantly in small donations,” with $52 being the average.
Carson’s campaign is on the brink of surpassing 100,000 total donors—meaning that many people have given him money for his presidential campaign run—since March 3, as well. Since April 1—this fundraising quarter’s beginning—Carson’s team has raised $3 million. From March 3 until now, Carson’s team has pulled in $1.6 million in direct mail and about $600,000 over phones.
Since Carson launched his official presidential campaign on May 4 in Detroit, his team tells Breitbart News he’s raised $1.8 million in online fundraising. And over the past 18 months, all of Carson’s both official and unofficial committees—which include Carson America Exploratory, RBR, and the leadership PAC USA First—have pulled in $22 million.
Carson’s team is waiting for about a million pieces of mail that are currently out in stream right now to come back in, as well, meaning that the already-proven-prolific fundraiser will be pulling in quite a bit more cash very soon.

CARSON: Obama is wrong that raising minimum wage will fix income inequality

President Barack Obama holds up a bag of tortilla chips during a visit at a Costco store in Lanham, Md., Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, where he spoke about raising the minimum wage the morning after his State of the Union address. (AP Photo/Charles Dharapak)
There has been much discussion about income inequality recently. President Obama seems to think that we can make significant progress in eliminating poverty by raising the minimum wage, as his State of the Union address highlighted.

Many hope that through a simple declaration, the poor can be elevated to a higher social status. Such people fail to realize that pay is associated with value — otherwise, we could just pay everybody $1 million a year and let everybody be rich.

In a capitalistic society, those individuals who produce the wherewithal to obtain income tend to be paid quite handsomely, while individuals who don’t generate significant income are paid accordingly.

As in any situation that involves human beings, there will be some abuses, but generally speaking, this kind of system works by incentivizing individuals to do the things necessary to enhance their value in the marketplace.

Many in the current administration and their sycophants in the news media are trying to persuade Americans that there is significant improvement in the general economy, while record numbers of people are enrolling in the food-stamp program and receiving various government subsidies.

CARSON: A health care lemon - Americans have a right to an Obamacare refund

When I was a teenager, my mother broke her own rule of never buying someone else’s trouble and purchased a used car. We were quite excited because it was beautiful and sleek, and it was a convertible.
Cathey Park from Cambridge, Mass. shows the words "I Love Obamacare" on her cast for her broken wrist as she waits for President Barack Obama to speak at Boston's historic Faneuil Hall about the federal health care law, Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013. Faneuil Hall is where former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Obama's rival in the 2012 presidential election, signed the state's landmark health care law in 2006, with top Democrats standing by his side. (AP Photo/Charles Dharapak)
The salesman said the car was practically new and was the deal of the century. Before long, it was discovered that the engine was completely shot, and the car was essentially a beautiful piece of junk. The salesman did not know my mother, and in the end, gladly refunded her money and took the car back.

This kind of story is, of course, the reason that used-car salesmen have such a bad reputation. Just behind used-cars salesmen are politicians, who have also been known to sell people a bill of goods with no substance. Obamacare is such a bill of goods, one that was promoted as one thing and turned out to be something quite different. In the real world, it is frequently possible to gain legal relief in the case of a fraudulent deal, but in the case of Obamacare, we are being told that it is the law of the land and that you simply must live with it.

When you place misdeeds by the government beyond the reach of normal mechanisms of recourse, you establish a condition ripe for abuse. If a bill is passed under false pretenses, shouldn’t we question its legitimacy and. at the very least, reintroduce the bill after disclosing the aspects that were hidden previously? If the bill still passes after such disclosure, it would then become legitimate. We must remember that we are talking about one-sixth of the U.S.
economy. We should not be playing fast and loose with the laws and details surrounding the most important possession we have: our health. I think this would be a fair-minded solution to anyone who does not have ulterior motives in health care reform.

MSNBC’s Michael Eric Dyson to GOP: Stop Comparing Obamacare to Slavery!

Quite a number of Republicans and conservative pundits have taken to bashing Obamacare by comparing it to slavery, and on Wednesday, MSNBC’sMichael Eric Dyson told the GOP to quit the ridiculous, over-the-top comparisons.
Dyson first mocked the lack of GOP “rebranding” after 2012, and noticed how whenever Republicans don’t like a law, “they say it’s akin to slavery.” He showed a montage of everyone from Dr. Ben Carson to George Will making the comparison, even linking Obamacare to the Fugitive Slave Law. What do they have in common? Well, other than the fact that they’re both laws, nothing.
Dyson gave a history lesson on racism and “poisonous bigotry” in the United States, and even said of people like Carson and Allen West that “Black mouths are opening, white supremacist ideals are speaking. There’s a ventriloquist act going on here.”
Dyson then made a plea to the GOP to stop with the insane comparisons.
“The only thing that is comparable to slavery is slavery itself! Stop all the stuff! Ix-nay on the comparative analysis of and the parallels to slavery! Affordable Care Act has freed millions of people from their indentured existence in a system that denied them opportunity!”

Liberal Radio Host: Ben Carson is GOP’s ‘Black Racial Hit Man’

During a segment on Al Sharpton’s radio show, author and regular co-host Earl Ofari Hutchinson identified GOP rising star Ben Carson as a “black racial hit man” for conservative views, a figure who can make pointed and controversial statements with less fear of reprisal than a white conservative.
“Let’s put a black face, two or three would be better, a black face on all the dirt, all the muck, all the grime, just everything we can think of negative that the GOP has made their stock and trade the last few years,” Hutchinson said. “Let’s put some black faces, maybe some Latino faces, but especially black faces out there, because we know how African Americans think about—and rightly so—the GOP.”
“Now, I think Ben Carson fits into the plan,” he continued. “You take someone who, on the surface, has a compelling life story. Many people know that. They’ve read his book, they heard him lecture over time. They know his tremendous accomplishments as a medical professional, overcoming many odds. So, he’s almost tailor-made to be the stalking horse, to say stupid things, to say dumb things, but more importantly, to say very, very pointed things. In other words, he’s almost—no, not almost, he is the black racial hit man.”
Carson recently made headlines when he compared Obamacare to slavery, which drew scores of criticism but was also followed by a second-place finish in the Values Voter Summit straw poll.
“Essentially he can say things that a lot of white GOPers, conservatives, don’t feel comfortable saying, because if they say it they’ll be branded racist,” Carson said. “So we leave it to the Ben Carsons, theHerman Cains, the Clarence Thomases, the rare times he opens his mouth, for them to say these kinds of things, knowing that you might pause—hoping, anyway, that you might pause for a minute before branding them stupid, dumb, and most importantly, bigoted. So I think Carson fits into that.”

Roland Martin Confronts Ben Carson Over Obamacare ‘Worst Thing Since Slavery’ Comments

On his NewsOne radio show Friday morning, Roland Martin confronted Dr. Ben Carson over his recent comments that Obamacare is “the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery.
Noting other post-slavery issues like Jim Crow laws, Martin asked, “Did you go too far?”
“That’s my opinion,” Carson responded. “First of all, I recognize that slavery was a horrible thing … I realize how horrible it was … I didn’t say this is as bad as slavery, I said this is the worst thing since slavery.”
“Which includes Jim Crow,” Martin shot back.
“Yes, absolutely,” the neurosurgeon explained. “This nation was founded on the principle that it would be a new type of nation, that was for, of, and by the people. A constitution was put in place that would assure that the people remain at the pinnacle of power and that the central government would never reach the point where it had control of the people. [Obamacare] fundamentally changes the relationship.”
The Affordable Care Act, Dr. Carson asserted, will give the government control over “everyone’s health.” Martin pushed back, declaring that the healthcare law empowers the individual. The doctor responded by saying that the law gets in between the patient-provider relationship.
“This is only the beginning,” Carson continued. “What you will see is that a lot of the insurance companies will begin to fold … Ultimately we will have a single-payer system if we don’t stop this from happening.”

[VIDEO]DAVID GREGORY CALLS ON GOP SEN. TO EXPLAIN BEN CARSON’S SLAVERY/OBAMACARE COMPARISON: HERE’S HOW THE SENATOR HANDLED IT

Senator Rob Portman (R-Ohio) was challenged Sunday by ABC News’ David Gregory to defend (or at least explain) Dr. Benjamin Carson’s recent claim that “Obamacare is the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery.”
“Is that an overstatement that’s counterproductive?” Gregory asked.
“Well, he’s a doctor who feels passionately about this issue, obviously, he can speak for himself,” Portman replied.
Gregory wanted more out of Sen. Portman.
“Is that something that, as a senior Republican, is helpful to the debate about Obamacare?” he asked.
“I think what would be helpful is if we sat down and figured out how to make this less damaging to American families and the American economy, because it is a huge problem,” the Ohio senator responded.
The senator then turned his attention to the unmitigated disaster that has been the Obamacare rollout.

Obamacare: An Answer is only as Good as the Question

Many are asking if Obamacare can yet be declared a success. There's much talk about numbers. How many people have enrolled? How many people have signed up for a plan? Even people opposed to Obamacare have become caught up in this test of success, pointing to small numbers
But asking about numbers is to ask the wrong question. Because if the numbers swell over time and one's argument against Obamacare is now about numbers, then high numbers will mean it is a "success." But the number of people who sign up for Obamacare does not in any way change the core problems with the legislation.
As Ben Carson and so many others have pointed out, socialized medicine is key to controlling people. And if anyone doubts how a government out of control can mess with us, one only need see the vindictive behavior of the past week during the shut down to have a taste of how nasty it can get.
So don't be fooled by numbers, or by the importance of numbers. The left will do whatever is necessary, including lie, to wind up with sizable numbers. But that will be beside the point.

Ben Carson Warns: ‘Socialized Medicine Is Keystone to Establishment of a Socialist State'

(CNSNews.com) – Dr. Ben Carson, the former director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University and Hospital,  drew a parallel between Obamacare and “socialized medicine” and cited Communist leader Vladimir Lenin’s support for government-run health care as the “keystone to the establishment of a socialist state.”
Speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Dr. Carson said that Obamacare “was never about healthcare. It was about control,” and making all Americans “subservient to the government.”
He then commented on why the Democrat-dominant Congress in 2010 moved swiftly to pass the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare.
“And why did they want to pass it so badly?” said Dr. Carson. “Well, as I said the other night on television, Vladimir Lenin, one of the fathers of socialism and communism, said that socialized medicine is the keystone to the establishment of a socialist state.”

Fox News Inks Dr. Ben Carson to Contributor Deal

After several months making frequent appearances on Fox News, pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson has officially joined the network as a contributor. He will provide analysis and commentary across Fox’s daytime and primetime programming.
Carson rose to cable news prominence earlier this year when he spoke out against Obamacare, political correctness, and the accumulation of federal debt while standing several feet away from PresidentObama at the National Prayer Breakfast. That moment and his controversial comments regarding gay marriage garnered him a slew of cable news appearances, from CNN to MSNBC to (most frequently) Fox.
In making the announcement, Fox chief Roger Ailes said: “Dr. Carson is a brilliant neurosurgeon who has dedicated his life to healing others. He also has a broad perspective on what’s going on in the country and his wisdom and provocative viewpoints will make a major contribution to our network.”
Carson retired in June from his post as the director of pediatric surgery at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center — a position he held for 39 years. He has also been awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom (in 2008), as well as more than 60 honorary doctorate degrees.
Carson will begin his contributorship tonight with an appearance on The Kelly File at 9 p.m. ET.

Dr. Ben Carson Targeted by IRS, Big Three Networks Censor

On October 1 the Washington Times reported that Dr. Ben Carson revealed he had his first ever encounter with the IRS after he delivered a speech critical of public policy in front of Barack Obama at the National Prayer Breakfast back in February. So far ABC, CBS and NBC have yet to report on this stunning revelation. In fact they’ve stopped reporting on the IRS scandal altogether.
It’s been 99 days since ABC last mentioned the IRS targeting scandal, way back on June 26. NBC hasn’t touched the story in 98 days and CBS last did an IRS story 70 days ago on July 24.
On Tuesday the Times’ Douglas Ernst relayed the following: “Dr. Ben S. Carson went years without ever having a run-in with the Internal Revenue Service. But his good fortune changed after his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast in February, the former Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon said Monday night at an event with business leaders and elected officials in Alabama.

“Alabama’s Yellow Hammer News tweeted Dr. Carson’s remarks from the annual Business Council of Alabama Chairman’s Dinner: ‘I had my first encounter with the IRS this year, unsurprisingly after the Prayer Breakfast.’”

On Thursday Dr. Carson elaborated on his run-in with the IRS as he told the Washington Times that: “I guess it could be a coincidence, but I never had been audited before and never really had any encounters with the IRS. But it certainly would make one suspicious because we know now the IRS has been used for political purposes and therefore actions like this come under suspicion.”

[VIDEO] Dr. Ben Carson: Defund ObamaCare

ObamaCare is wreaking havoc on jobs and the economy. The House of Representatives has the power to fund or not fund it and it should not be funded, the independent Dr. Ben Carson, retired top neurosurgeon said on the Palin Update with Kevin Scholla. “It’s not a complicated legal maneuver and it would force the Senate to act.” He said America today is not America. Dr. Carson had heard from many elderly people who were reinvigorated by his Prayer Breakfast speech earlier this year. Until they heard him, they “were waiting to die.” During the speech, Dr. Carson was so focused on the task that he was not intimated by Obama’s presence at the event.

Dr. Carson said conservatism is logical and also spoke briefly about the cancer of political correctness which he said is rooted in Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.
About Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, Dr. Carson said, “I’ve always liked Sarah Palin. She’s a terrific person. She’s very smart.”

He said she is savaged because she is an iconoclast.

Dr. Carson said as long as people continue to race-bait, Martin Luther King’s dream of us being judged by the content of our characters remains unaccomplished.

Carson Scholars was founded years ago in response to the plethora of idolized athletic scholarships. His scholarships focus on academic achievement and humanitarian qualities starting as early as fourth grade.

He is working on a book to be titled “One Nation.”
