The failing Obamcare website cost $500 million in taxpayer dollars. A 'tech-surge' is now needed to address the overwhelming amount of glitches and bugs. "You have the administration now saying that they are going to bring in a surge of tech analysts and tech specialists but they are not willing to tell us exactly who those people are, how much we're paying them and when this will be done," Katie Pavlich said on Fox News Friday.
