[VIDEO] Man chews off his own fingerprints in an attempt to not be identified by police

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A man is under arrest in Lee County, Florida, despite his attempts to chew off his own fingerprints in an attempt to not be identified.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office says detectives spotted a 2015 Mercedes which had been stolen and stopped the vehicle.
Detectives discovered that the driver, 20-year-old Kenzo Roberts, was using a fraudulent ID, had a concealed firearm, and possessed three fraudulent credit cards, according to Lee County Sheriff's Office.
As Roberts was being detained in the back of the patrol vehicle, surveillance video shows him attempting to remove his own fingerprints by chewing them off and rubbing them against the cage.
The ploy wasn't successful though, as a fingerprint scanner quickly identified Roberts.
LCSO says he has two felony warrants for his arrest out of Broward County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Roberts has been charged with three counts of possession of a counterfeit credit card, grand theft auto, possession of a concealed firearm, possession of similitude of a driver's license, driving while license suspended, and false identification given to law enforcement.
Border Patrol was also contacted and found that Roberts was in the U.S. illegally.

[VIDEO] Lake County murder suspect found to be in country illegally during July 7 traffic stop

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- Lake County sheriff's deputies learned that Juan Emmanuel Razo was in the U.S. illegally from Mexico more than two weeks before his arrest in the death of a 60-year-old Concord Township woman.

Razo made his first court appearance Tuesday in the death of Margaret Kostelnik where a judge set a $10 million bond. He's also accused in the attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl and the shooting of another woman who survived.

Razo pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted murder, but still faces possible murder and other charges in connection to the other incidents.

Lake County Sheriff's Det. Brian Butler said during the court hearing that during a July 7 traffic stop, deputies contacted border patrol agents who advised the sheriff's office not to detain Razo despite his status as an undocumented immigrant.

Cicconetti expressed frustration at Razo's lack of documentation.Razo, who spoke with the aid of a Spanish translator, told Painesville Municipal Court Judge Michael Cicconetti at the hearing that he doesn't have a passport or a green card.

Razo told Cicconetti he has a birth certificate from Mexico, to which the judge replied, "That doesn't help you here in the United States."

Razo has lived in the country for five years and has no local criminal history, the sheriff's office said Tuesday.

In response to a request for information, Customs and Border Protection spokesman Jaime Ruiz issued a statement that said, "we're looking at the facts of the case to find out exactly what happened."

Khaalid Walls, a spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said the agency "intends to take custody of [Razo] and pursue his removal from the United States."

Razo's illegal status may hit a nerve for many at a time when immigration is a hot button political issue. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump just last month criticized Mexican immigrants, characterizing them as criminals and rapists. Trump will be in Cleveland next week for a debate.

The of violent events of Monday left neighbors of the rural Concord Township and the surrounding areas on edge. Investigators have not revealed any information about Razo's possible motive.

A 14-year-old girl told police that Razo tried to rape her about 10:40 a.m. in Helen Hazen Wyman Park in Concord Township.

Detectives canvassed the area looking for Razo. They also searched his Lusard Street home in Painesville, but didn't find him.

As the search continued, Lake Metroparks rangers were called to a shooting near the Greenway Corridor.

A 40-year-old woman was found along the bike path with a gunshot wound to her arm. Her two 12-year-old children were unharmed.

Paramedics took the woman to the Tripoint Medical Center, where she was treated for non life-threatening injuries.

Investigators widened their search area, driving an armored vehicle along the bike path. Officials sent a reverse 911 call to residents within a half-mile radius telling them to stay inside their homes.

Officials called in help from surrounding police departments, including two K-9 units.
It was during this search that a deputy was flagged down by Kostelnik's husband. He told detectives he just found his wife dead in their Ravenna Road home with several gunshot wounds.

The Kostelniks' Ravenna Road home is directly behind the bike path where the woman was shot

A man at about 4:30 p.m. called 911 reporting a man – later found to be Razo – was in his back yard pointing a rifle at his son.

Three deputies rushed to Palmer Road in Concord Township, where they found Razo.
Razo shot at deputies, according to reports. The deputies fired back at Razo, who jumped behind a large boulder.

The deputies ordered Razo to surrender, which he did. He was taken into custody.
A preliminary hearing is set for 8 a.m. August 3.

Rasmussen: Most Americans Want Feds to Punish Sanctuary Cities

Nearly two-thirds of likely U.S. voters want the Department of Justice to take legal action against so-called sanctuary cities that do not enforce most national immigration laws, according to a new survey.

Rasmussen Reports polled voters and found that 62 percent of them want the government to step in and punish cities for essentially providing safe haven for illegal immigrants. That amounts to 79 percent of Republicans, 65 percent of unaffiliated voters, and 43 percent of Democrats.

Fifty-eight percent of those voters would like to see the federal government cut off funding to more than 200 such cities across the nation, a figure that includes 79 percent of Republicans.

Sanctuary cities have been in the news after a San Francisco woman was allegedly shot and killed by an illegal immigrant who was taking refuge in the city. He had been deported five times, and the shooting appears to be a random murder.

Presidential candidates, including Republicans Jeb Bush and Rand Paul, along with Democrat Hillary Clinton, criticized sanctuary cities this week.

"The city made a mistake, not to deport someone that the federal government strongly felt should be deported," Clinton said, according to CBS News.

Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton, a Republican, introduced legislation this week aimed at repealing sanctuary laws.

The discussion on sanctuary cities is just another rung on the national immigration debate that has raged for months, ever since President Barack Obama took executive action last fall that would grant amnesty to as many as 5 million illegal immigrants currently living in the U.S. The order is currently held up in the court system.

Real estate mogul Donald Trump, a Republican candidate for president, injected new life into the debate when he criticized both the policy and the illegals crossing the border.

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems to us," said Trump, who clarified his remarks in an op-ed for Newsmax this week. "They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people!

[VIDEO] NEW MTV SHOW PUBLICLY SHAMES WHITE PEOPLE FOR “WHAT THEY’VE DONE IN AMERICA”

White People documentary hosted by illegal immigrant features young Americans crying over their "white privilege"

No, this is not a joke. The documentary is hosted by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jose Antonio Vargas, an illegal immigrant and amnesty activist who has worked for the Washington Post and the Huffington Post.
The trailer for the show, which has been widely criticized by YouTube respondents, features white people expressing angst about how they are desperate not to appear “racist” or “offend people.”
According to Kimberly Ricci, the documentary forces the participants “to internalize what they’ve done in America” – in other words, this a huge exercise in white guilt tripping for public consumption.
An MTV write up of the show also explains how Vargas talks to young Native Americans who feel that European settlers did not ‘save the country’.
“They are the ones who invaded. They are the ones who took,” says Vargas.
In the interests of balance, when will Vargas be fronting a show called Black People that collectively blames all black people for black crime statistics, including the fact that black people in America commit over half of homicides despite making up only 13 per cent of the population?
How about the fact that despite being outnumbered by whites five to one, blacks commit eight times more crimes against whites than vice-versa?
How about the fact that interracial rapes are almost exclusively black on white?
How about the Barbary slave trade, under which over 1 million white Christian Europeans were enslaved in North Africa until the middle of the 18th century?
Are black people going to be shown crying on camera having been shamed into taking responsibility for all of this? No, because that would be racist. But according to MTV and Vargas, subjecting someone to trial by media purely because of their skin color is perfectly acceptable – so long as they are white.
This documentary represents the culmination of years of race-baiting and racial division which is being driven by the mass media and the Obama White House, tensions which have rapidly accelerated since the Ferguson and Baltimore riots.
Responses to the video trailer on YouTube were savage, with the clip receiving twice as many ‘thumbs down’ in comparison to ‘thumbs up’.
“I’m black, even I know this show is straight up racist. Only because it’s stereotyping white people, all white INDIVIDUALS are not like that,” wrote one respondent.

WHITE HOUSE BLAMES REPUBLICANS FOR DEPORTED SAN FRANCISCO KILLER

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest is blaming Republicans after an illegal immigrant who was reportedly deported five times  was charged with murder in California.

When asked by reporters about critics of President Obama’s immigration enforcement policies, Earnest insisted that it was actually Republicans who are fault for voting against the Gang Of Eight bill last year, pointing out that it contained funding to increase border security.
“The fact is that the president has done everything within his power to make sure that we are focusing our law enforcement resources on criminals and those who pose a threat to public safety and it’s because of the political efforts of Republicans that we have not been able to make the kind of investment that we’d like to make in securing our border and keeping our community safe,” Earnest said.
Francisco Sanchez was charged with shooting and killing a 32-year-old San Francisco woman last week, leading to criticism from illegal immigration activists. Earnest deferred questions about details of the case to the Department of Homeland Security.

[VIDEO] Man arrested in connection with San Francisco killing had been deported several times, officials say

The man arrested in connection with the seemingly random killing of a woman who was out for a stroll with her father along the San Francisco waterfront is an illegal immigrant who previously had been deported five times, federal immigration officials say.
Further, Immigration and Customs Enforcement says San Francisco had him in their custody earlier this year but failed to notify ICE when he was released.
"DHS records indicate ICE lodged an immigration detainer on the subject at that time, requesting notification prior to his release so ICE officers could make arrangements to take custody. The detainer was not honored," ICE said in a statement Friday afternoon.
Kathryn Steinle was killed Wednesday evening at Pier 14 -- one of the busiest tourist destinations in the city.
Police said Thursday they arrested Francisco Sanchez in the shooting an hour after it occurred.
On Friday, ICE revealed their records indicate the individual has been previously deported five times, most recently in 2009, and is from Mexico.

Europe Cracks Down on Illegal Aliens

For the last twenty years, European Union members regularly snarled at the United States' policies against illegal aliens as a selfish violation of human rights. But with thousands of screaming demonstrators protesting against depressed wages and carrying fake coffins emblazoned with the names of politicians, EU Labor ministers in Brussels were forced on December 17th to approve tight controls on hiring cheap, temporary workers and "illegal immigrants."
The EU made immigration and asylum core legal rights under the 1993 Maastricht Treaty that trumpeted "free movement" of people, goods, services, and capital within a common market in which barriers to trade would be removed across the continent. EU elites have tried to institutionalize a continental sense of belonging that would offer prosperity and the promise of peace. But high standards of living have made the EU a magnet for Middle Eastern, African, and Eastern European immigrants. According to the European Council of Refugees and Exiles, around 1.5 million of the world's 16 million recognized refugees currently live legally in Europe and millions more were referred to as "undocumented."
The EU rules allow "posted workers" to temporarily emigrate from one EU country to another for up to two years to carry out a specific contract job. Employers who "import" posted workers are legally required to respect the labor rules of the host country, but these workers are not charged the average 24% social security costs in their host state. Consequently, posted workers are much cheaper for companies

Medicare paid millions to dead patients, illegal immigrants, probe finds

**FILE** A Yazoo City, Miss., resident holds copies of a Medicare-approved drug card application on July 27, 2004, in Yazoo City. (Associated Press)Medicare paid $23 million for dead patients in 2011 and $29 million for drug benefits for illegal immigrants from 2009 to 2011, according to a report Thursday from the Health and Human Services inspector general.

The investigators said Medicare has safeguards to try to stop payments to dead patients, but it still ended up sending out the $23 million anyway.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) — the same agency that is struggling to fix the broken Obamacare website — acknowledged the problems and said it will try to take steps to fix them.

“We agree that in cases where the information indicates an individual is not lawfully present in the United States, that individual should not be permitted to enroll or to remain enrolled in a Part D plan during the period where he or she is not eligible to receive federal benefits,” Marilyn Tavenner, administrator of CMS, said in response to the report about illegal immigrants getting benefits.

The payouts aren’t large — they amount to just a fraction of a percent of what Medicare pays each year in benefits. Still, the investigators said the agency should take steps to crack down.

In one of its reports the inspector general said 4,139 illegal immigrants were able to make 279,056 drug benefit claims.

DHS Approves Over 80% of DREAMers Who Apply for Legal Status

APThe Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has approved over 80 percent of young illegal immigrants who have applied for its Deferred Action program, an administrative version of the DREAM Act.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said they have granted legal status to 474,000 of the 580,000 illegal aliens who have applied.
“Last June, DHS announced the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals process, allowing young people who meet the guidelines to seek a two year provisional legal status to remain in the United States,” wrote Maria Odom, the ombudsman for USCIS, on Oct. 24.
“Our office played a key role in this effort by assisting with individual cases, sharing stakeholder feedback with USCIS and suggesting improvements to the application process,” she said.
“Already, more than 580,000 individuals have requested deferred action, and after a thorough review of each of those cases, including a background check, more than 474,000 requests have been approved, allowing these young people to continue to contribute to the country they call home.”
The figures provided show that the agency has approved 81.72 percent of the applications they have received.
Odom said the high approval rate is not enough, and illegal immigrants need a “permanent fix.”

Obamacare Navigator Director Is an Illegal Immigrant

In the ultimate insult to Americans, an illegal immigrant who proudly defies U.S. law—and encourages others to do the same—is benefitting from our tax dollars as a subcontractor recruiting customers for Obamacare.

The recruiters are known as “navigators” because their task is to help people “navigate” the complicated health insurance exchanges set up under the controversial law. A few weeks ago Judicial Watch reported the huge potential for corruption in the Obama administration’s navigator program, which has doled out $67 million to dozens of leftist community organizations throughout the nation.

Here are some examples of the types of groups that have received navigator grants from the government; an Arizona nonprofit called “Campesinos Sin Fronteras” that provides services to farm workers and low-income Hispanics; a south Florida legal group that will provide navigators in “racially, ethnically, linguistically, culturally and socioeconomically diverse” communities; three Planned Parenthood branches—in Iowa, Montana and New Hampshire—got a combined $655,000 to serve as navigators.

In the Big Apple a group called Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York got navigator funds from Uncle Sam, according to the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), a nonprofit that researches legal and illegal immigration in the U.S. The health education organizer for the Restaurant Opportunities Center is an illegal immigrant activist named Maria Marroquin, CIS reveals in a report published this week. That means she will be in charge of the publicly-funded Obamacare recruitment efforts for the New York organization, which is known to be a labor union front group.

Marroquin, an illegal alien from Peru, has been arrested for participating in disruptive demonstrations protesting the deportation of fellow undocumented immigrants and calling for amnesty. She is a hero in the open borders movement who publicly came out in a widely distributed video as “undocumented and unafraid.” The 25-year-old also helped create a nonprofit that fights to enact amnesty measures and build “immigrant power” in communities throughout the U.S.

“Marroquin practices the political tactics of left-wing extremists, flouting her illegal immigration status before cowed law enforcers and politicians,” CIS writes in its report, further pointing out that Obama’s amnesty has invigorated her to break the law even more. It’s beyond comprehension that this admitted lawbreaker is essentially working for the government now. “It would be hard to make up something this outrageous,” according to CIS. Few would disagree.

Besides the outrage of hiring an illegal immigrant to promote a U.S. government program, it’s equally disturbing to know that navigators will have access to the sensitive personal information of healthcare enrollees. This includes Social Security numbers, which can be used for identity theft, a rampant crime among illegal alien populations seeking to establish residency and land jobs in the U.S.
