Bad News Daily for the Obama Administration But They Still Ignore It All

Almost daily, and often, several times daily we see postings on the Internet and in various political journals and newscasting blogs and daily bleats saying that the curtain of deceit is being lifted from all the communications networks over this great land of ours along with intercontinental sources.  The great lid of secrecy is slowly being hoisted allowing the truth to flow in and out at its free will.

It causes great anxiety and hopefulness amongst the rank and file down to the lowliest tax payer and ground level victim of government mistreatment. Those common place individuals hopes and prayers are being answered, they truly believe; and why shouldn’t they, the stories are so valid sounding it is expected that the sun will overcome all foul deeds by not only those from our incompetent government but the stagnant and greed seeking political other side where shady practices are paramount.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but in my opinion, that is all it is. Yes, it is disappointing news too, but only to the extent that so many good and faithful Americans have pinned their hopes on it being good news when it really is not.

The originators of these hopeful and encouraging news flashes are well meaning and want to keep hopes high, but this practice can’t just keep on being repeated without some very concrete proof of it being truthful.

Silicon Valley: ObamaCare Website ‘State-Of-The-Art Incompetence’

According to New York magazine, "one tech worker quipped that a Stanford computer-science class could have built healthcare.gov for a thousandth of the reported $400 million–plus budget."

Matt Mullenweg, the co-developer of WordPress, said the Canadian firm that oversaw the healthcare.gov website received "more money than all the revenue of most Silicon Valley start-ups combined."

Eric Ries, described as a member of the "Silicon Valley's cognoscenti," said Healthcare.gov's failures represented "state-of-the-art incompetence."

Barack Obama’s Staggering Incompetence

It’s reported that President Obama was ready to order a military strike against Syria, with or without Congress’s blessing, but “on Friday night, he suddenly changed his mind.” According to the Huffington Post:
Senior administration officials describing Obama’s about-face Saturday offered a portrait of a president who began to wrestle with his own decision – at first internally, then confiding his views to his chief of staff, and finally summoning his aides for an evening session in the Oval Office to say he’d had a change of heart.
In light of all this, it’s worth posing a few questions:
1. Why didn’t the president seek congressional authority before the administration began to beat the war drums this past week? Did the idea not occur to him? It’s not as if this is an obscure issue. When you’re in the White House and preparing to launch military force against a sovereign nation, whether or not to seek the approval of Congress is usually somewhere near the top of the to-do list.
And why has the urgency to act that we saw from the administration during the last week–when Assad’s use of chemical weapons was referred to by the secretary of state as a “moral obscenity”–given way to an air of casualness, with Obama not even calling Congress back into session to debate his military strike against Syria?
2. The president didn’t seek congressional approval for his military strike in Libya. Why does he believe he needs it in Syria?
