[WATCH] Fox News guest claims al Qaeda could’ve run Obamacare better than the president

The implementation of Obamacare has been so bad, according to a recent guest on Fox News, that the terrorist organization al Qaeda could have run the program more efficiently.
Robert Laszewski, a former insurance executive and the president of Health Policy and Strategy Associates, made that assertion to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Monday night.
“The federal health care exchange is simply not going to be working” by January 1st, he said. “The Health and Human Services Department held a briefing on Friday, a progress report, and said every time they find something broken, they fix it, and then find something else broken. This is just a disaster. Al Qaeda couldn’t have run this worse than the Obama Administration has run Healthcare.gov.”
Laszewski also added that he had been in contact with several insurers, who confirmed the bleak enrollment numbers released by The Wall Street Journal Monday. According to the Journalless than 50,000 Americans have successfully purchased private insurance through the Healthcare.gov website. Despite the website’s many technical issues, the number represents about one-tenth of the Obama Administration’s initial enrollment target.
“The numbers the Wall Street Journal reported, 50,000, are accurate,” Lasczewski said. “They jibe with the numbers I have been hearing. More than that. It’s 50,000 people, but it works out to about 50 people per state per day. Do the math. 30 days, 36 states, 50 people a day…That’s the trickle that’s getting through Healthcare.gov right now. Very, very few people are able to make it through this gauntlet.”

Cancer Survivor Edie Sundby Fights Back After Being Attacked By White House

Edie Sundby wasn’t trying to be political, she is an independent. But because she isn’t political, her story is all the more poignant, because it’s about saving her life, her right to her choice of doctors, her choice of her health plan. Her simple right to choose, as she put it, the insurance that she loved, and the doctors that she loved to keep herself alive.

[VIDEO] Ellison Barber: Obamacare’s Swollen Medicaid Rolls Threaten State Budgets

BY:
The Washington Free Beacon’s Ellison Barber warned Obamacare’s medicaid expansion may ultimately backfire on state budgets across the country Friday on The Kelly File.
Host Megyn Kelly cited medicaid enrollment figures which are thus far outstripping enrollment in the Obamacare exchanges.
The danger with this, Barber said, is that healthy people who would otherwise drive down costs at the traditional exchanges are factored out of the insurance market completely. Thus, prices at the traditional healthcare exchanges will increase.
Moreover, according to Barber, states have not budgeted for the increased costs associated with all of the new medicaid enrollees. Although the federal government will cover the expansion initially, come 2017 the states who have accepted the expanded entitlement will incur increased medicaid expenses. This could compel states to cut spending or raise taxes to cover the new costs, Barber pointed out:
MEGYN KELLY: They say, look, these folks who are rushing onto these medicaid rolls were already going to the hospital, they were getting sick, running up our bill. So that was already something we already were having to pay for. Now it’s just out in the open. The numbers of them and who they are, and the system is working exactly as they expected it to work.
ELLISON BARBER: Sure, I think a lot of states would disagree with that though because I think there are a lot of states that are worried about in terms of the finances of this. Or they haven’t budgeted for having all these extra millions of people in every single state. And states are a little bit different, the thing to remember about states is states are different from the federal government. Every state except Vermont has a balanced budget provision either in their state constitution or state statute. So for Georgia, for example, there is a balanced budget amendment written into the constitution. They cannot expand spending, even if they want to. So to have to care for all these people on medicaid now, when they haven’t planned for it in their budget,  they’re either going to have to raise taxes, raise income payroll taxes or cut things for other spending, like for roads, schools and things like that. There are a lot bigger problems that go with it. It’s one of those ideas that sounds nice, to be like there are a lot of people who still need insurance so let’s expand it to help people get on for free who can’t pay for it. But there are real costs that come with it. And it’s taxpayers — even in the states like we talked about the other day, 26 states signed up for this. But it’s federal money that is paying for the newly eligible people, that’s everyone, if it’s not in your state you’re still paying.

Breaking: Docs Show ONLY 6 People Signed Up For Obamacare On Day 1

FOX News' Megyn Kelly reported that documents released by the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee, chaired by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), show that a total of six Americans signed up for Obamacare on Day 1.

[VIDEO] MEGYN KELLY WAS ALMOST AT A LOSS FOR WORDS AFTER THIS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING OBAMACARE INTERVIEW WITH DEM REP.

Megyn Kelly battled Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) over President Barack Obama’s promise that all Americans would be able keep their health care plans under Obamacare, a claim that has proven to be false. While some Democratic lawmakers have admitted the president should have been more clear about the regulations, Obama and other administration officials are blaming insurance companies for causing what is predicted to be as many as 10 million Americans to lose their individual plans.
Rep. Pallone made the latter argument, telling Kelly that insurance companies got “caught” selling “lousy” plans that offered little coverage at a high cost. Under Obamacare, the companies will now offer what he says are better plans at an “affordable price.”
“But that’s only partially true,” Kelly argued. “Some of the insurance companies said, ‘alright I’m going to cancel the policies,’ because that happens in the insurance market. But many, many other policies…are being canceled because the regulations imposed on them by Obamacare left them with no choice.”
“That is absolutely not true,” Pallone shot back.

Kelly reminded the congressman that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius herself admitted any insurance plan that went up by as much as $5 would not be eligible to be “grandfathered” in due to Obamacare regulations. She played the soundbite just to emphasize her point.

Megyn Kelly Explodes at Dem Guest Over Obamacare: Don’t Go to Your ‘Happy Place,’ Answer the Question!

Megyn Kelly was completely shocked, to say the least, about the news that the White House knew as far back as 2010 that many people would lose their health care plans when Obamacare kicked in, and confronted Democratic guest Mark Hannah when he attempted to defend how the rollout’s been going so far.
Kelly asked, “Was he intentionally misleading, or was there some argument that he was grossly mistaken?”
Hannah argued Obama was “absolutely correct,” explaining that “these plans don’t offer the basic protections that the president has been saying all along are required in any insurance plan unless it has been grandfathered in beforehand.”
But Kelly wasn’t satisifed. She yelled, “Mark! He said ‘period,’ he said if you like your plan you can keep it PERIOD!”
Kristen Soltis Anderson piled on that if any part of someone’s insurance plan was changed at all, “then the grandfathering gets thrown out the window.” When Hannah kept trying to defend the program, Kelly snapped, “No, no come on! Respond to my––I know you can bridge away to a happy place for you.”
Hannah argued the media could have been covering this a while ago but “maybe it was underreported.” Kelly mockingly shot back, “It was my fault, it was the media’s fault, it was the American people’s fault, because they should have understood that period did not mean period.”

Megyn Kelly revisits how Obamacare was shoved down our throats…

I must say I’ve been more than impressed at the topics Megyn Kelly has covered on her new show The Kelly File. And on last night’s show she took the time to remind America how Obamacare was passed in the first place, or as I like to put it, shoved down our throats. In doing so, she’s basically giving credence to the fact that so many Americans still so passionately oppose Obamacare.

'Despicable, Demeaning, Disgusting': Lt. Col. Allen West Slams Rep. Alan Grayson Over KKK/Tea Party Comparison

Former Congressman Allen B. West, R-Fla., appeared on Tuesday's Kelly File to discuss the controversial use of Ku Klux Klan imagery by Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Fla.
Grayson used the image of a burning cross to represent the "T" in Tea Party, and has continued to stand by his message.
West called on President Barack Obama, NAACP president Benjamin Todd Jealous and other leaders to condemn Grayson's actions:

[VIDEO] Alan Dershowitz: 'I Hate MoveOn'

(CNSNews.com) - Attorney and Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, who describes himself as a liberal Democrat, says he's disgusted by a petition on the MoveOn.org website that calls on the Justice Department to arrest House Republican leaders, including John Boehner and Eric Cantor, "for the crime of seditious conspiracy against the United States."
"I hate Move On because they're a bunch of radicals -- they're not liberals, they are not tolerant of differences. I am a centralist liberal, and I get along very well with centralist conservatives. What I don't like are extremists on either side, and Move On is an extremist organization and an irresponsible organization," Dershowitz told Fox News's Megyn Kelly Thursday night.
Dershowitz said he'd gladly defend the Republican leaders if they were tried for sedition: "This would really be an easy case to win," he said. "It's the same thing that some liberals tried to do to Tom Delay and, of course, his conviction was reversed in the Texas courts. What the Republicans tried to do to Bill Clinton. Let's punish people politically if you disagree with their politics, but let's not use the criminal justice system improperly."

[VIDEO] CHRIS MATTHEWS: ‘GROUP PRESSURE’ AT MSNBC FORCES PARTISANSHIP ON TALENT

AND THE PLANIS WORKING S WELL A YOU CONTINUE TO BLED VIEWERS TO REAL NEWS SOURCES (FOX)
In an interview on “Larry King Now,” MSNBC’s Chris Matthews said that internal pressure at MSNBC (as well as other cable channels) forces on-air talent to be more politically partisan.
“I’m watching Fox [News],” Matthews said. “Will [new primetime anchor] Megyn Kelly be able to stay in the middle or will she move over? Will she have to move over? Look at Greta [Van Susteren]. Greta was more center left now she’s moved over. There’s a lot of group pressure in those places. In any place you work.”
Asked by Larry King if there’s specifically any pressure to be partisan at MSNBC, Matthews said yes. “Oh, I feel it,” he said. “I think it’s there. I think you know your audience. You know who you’re talking to. I always know who I’m talking to. But I always want to keep a chunk of Republicans as well as Democrats.”
Matthews’ admission came as part of a larger discussion about the evolution of cable news into an evermore opinionated medium. ”The viewer comes home and they have an attitude,” Matthews said, “and they want to enjoy that attitude. They want somebody else to voice it.”

MEGYN KELLY PULLED OFF SOMETHING MSNBC’S PRESIDENT SAID WAS ‘IMPOSSIBLE’

It turns out Megyn Kelly’s ratings did double on the second night of her primetime Fox News show, despite the president of MSNBC calling it “impossible.”
Phil Griffin actually said there should be “some investigations” after ratings for “The Kelly File”increased 100 percent on the show’s second night.

“Monday we had a really good day in the key demographic, on the night that Fox News debuted their three shows, we either tied or beat them in those hours,” Griffin said last week. “Tuesday–you guys should be doing some investigations–I have never seen it in all my years of cable, same overnight, same everything, and they doubled their ratings in a day? It is impossible.”
The New York Daily News reported that ratings tracker Nielsen conducted an investigation and, sure enough, Kelly’s numbers were accurate.

Greta Van Susteren will officially kick-off the new line-up with her signature On the Record with Greta Van Susteren at 7PM/ET.  From there, Bill O’Reilly will continue hosting the most-watched cable news program The O’Reilly Factor at 8PM/ET.  At 9PM/ET, Megyn Kelly will debut The Kelly File while Sean Hannity will take over the 10PM/ET timeslot with Hannity for his solo hour. As the newest edition to the line-up, The Kelly File (9-10PM/ET) will focus on late-breaking stories in a live format as well as in-depth investigative reports interspersed with newsmaker interviews.
