Clinton Double Standard? Meet the Marine Being Punished For Sharing Classified Information To Warn Against An Attack

Meet the Marine Major Being Punished For Sharing Classified Information To Warn Against An Attack - Katie Pavlich
As the situation surrounding Hillary Clinton's possession of top secret, classified information on her personal email server continues to get worse, comparisons between the former Secretary of State and those prosecuted for improper handling of classified information are being made. Of course, the case of General David Petraeus has come up, but there are others in the military who have been prosecuted or severely punished for doing far less to damage national security in comparison to the Democrat presidential candidate.
Take for example Marine Reserves Major Jason Brezler, who exposed classified information in 2012 in order to warn fellow Marines about corrupt and violent Afghan Police Chief Asadullah Sherzad. Eventually, Sherzad instructed one of his minor officers to carry out an insider attack by killing three Marines who were working out and unarmed in their gym. ... .
Brezler is facing a dishonorable discharge from the Marine Corps for providing requested information to Congressman Peter King that was deemed classified.

[VIDEO] Watch What This Group of Marines Does When Obama Enters the Room

Former President George W. Bush and Barack Obama could not be more different when it comes to how they treat our troops, and consequently, how they are viewed by military members. This video clip depicts that fact perfectly. VIDEO LINK
Watch as Bush enters a room full of Marines who offer him uproarious applause and shouts of support. Then, listen to the crickets chirp as Obama enters another room of Marines. Only a few high-ranking military officials could be seen making an effort to clap.
George Bush didn’t just offer our troops his whole-hearted support as Commander in Chief, either. He has made it his life’s mission after leaving office to give thanks to those who put their lives on the line to defend our freedoms, and frequently makes trips to visit the wounded warriors who nearly sacrificed it all.
Share this video if you’re ready for a Commander in Chief who inspires the respect of our military, not who undermines them at every turn.

[VIDEO] Chattanooga Marine Unleashes BRUTAL Video On Obama, Says 9 Words That Are Going Viral

"If you want our respect, earn it, because right now all you have is our resentment."

A U.S. Marine offered President Barack Obama a tough lesson in what it means to show respect for his fallen brothers-in-arms.

In the 11 minute video, the unnamed veteran, who said he is from Chattanooga, first called out the president on the manner he chose to speak following the Chattanooga shootings.

Should the servicemen murdered in Chattanooga receive Purple Hearts?

Senate Armed Services Committee chairman John McCain is working to ensure that the four Marines and Navy petty officer who died in the terror attack on the Marine recruiting station in Chattanooga recieve Purple Heart medals for their sacrifice.
Some of the Marines may have saved their fellow service members by ushering them to safety before returning to try to neutralize Abdulazeez.
“While I cannot share specific details about what happened that morning, our Marines reacted the way you would expect — rapidly going from room to room. They got their fellow Marines to safety,” Maj. Gen. Paul Brier, commander of the 4th Marine Division, said during a news conference Wednesday. “Once they got them to safety, some willingly ran back into the fight.”
Twenty Marines and two Navy corpsmen were in the naval reserve center inspecting their equipment after returning from a training program, Gen. Brier told reporters, indicating that the massacre could have been much worse if not for the Marines’ acts of courage.
Lt. Cmdr. Timothy White, the support center’s commanding officer, used his personal firearm to engage Abdulazeez during the attack, the Navy Times reported. Four sources confirmed that the officer’s actions were included in a report distributed to senior Navy leaders after the attack.

Chattanooga Marines Reportedly Sacrificed Themselves to Protect Innocents

According to reporting from The New York Times, some of the Marines killed in the Chattanooga shooting were killed trying to draw the gunman’s fire away from another, larger group of innocent bystanders.
“Some of the Marines who were shot to death last week in Chattanooga, Tenn., effectively sacrificed themselves to save the lives of others, diverting the gunman away from a larger group of potential victims, according to a law enforcement official briefed on the investigation into the killings,” reports New York Times reporters Richard Pérez-Peña and Matt Apuzzo.
“This could have been a lot worse,” they quote the anonymous official as saying. “It could have been a horrible, horrible massacre — so much worse.” Officials are expected to give a fuller account of the shooting, perpetrated by Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, in a Wednesday press conference.

Marine May Have Been Armed During #Chattanooga Terrorist Attack

Screen Shot 2015-07-20 at 9.16.15 PM
One of the four Marines killed during Friday’s attack in Chattanooga may have been armed and could have exchanged fire with shooter Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez, the Washington Post reported on Monday.
Marines are not authorized to carry personally owned firearms at the Navy Operational Support Center, the second location Abdulazeez attacked during his violent spree, and where all five military fatalities occurred. But the FBI recovered a pistol from the scene which may have been “privately owned and used by one of the Marines,” according to the Post. Investigators are reviewing forensics to determine if the pistol was used to fire at or wound Abdulazeez, who died during the violence.

Media Members Want To Make it Clear They Don’t Know Chattanooga Killer’s Motive

It’s still up in the air to members of the media what compelled 24-year-old Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeez, a Muslim, to murder four Marines in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Thursday before being killed in a firefight with police.
As one CNN reporter put it, “he was a nice kid from a nice family, and he was as American as anybody else.”
Chris Cuomo said, “we may never know the exact motive” of Abdulazeez. That sentiment has been repeated across the dial, with pundits and correspondents falling all over themselves to remind viewers we just don’t know the motive.
It has been established he did not hunt, however. Abdulazeez did blog about Islam on July 13, where, according to The Daily Beast, he “uses the hypothetical example of a prisoner who is told he would be given a test that would either take him out of his earthly prison.”

[VIDEO] 'He was our hero': 2 Marines killed in Tennessee terror attack ID'd

Two of the four U.S. Marines killed by a Muslim extremist in an attack on a Tennessee military facility have been identified, including an Iraqi war veteran and Purple Heart recipient from Springfield, Mass., and a reserve lance corporal from Marietta, Ga.
Gunnery Sgt. Thomas Sullivan, 40, a Marine since 1997, was one of those killed Thursday by Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez, 24, a Kuwaiti-born Chattanooga resident who was killed near the scene. Fox News learned that one of the other three was Lance Cpl. Skip Wells, of Georgia. Wells was a cannoneer, although other details about him were not immediately known.
RIP GySgt Thomas Sullivan, it was an honor knowing you and knowing you're the reason why my mom would smile. 7/16/15

THREE DAYS BEFORE SHOOTING, MUSLIMS STAGED PROTEST IN CHATTANOOGA AGAINST ‘AMERICAN TALIBAN’

The shooter at the Chattanooga Marine shooting has been identified as Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, leading many to question if Islamism might have been the motivation for the shooting. It might not then be a coincidence that three days prior to the attack, Muslims staged a protest at Chattanooga defending Islam:

[VIDEO] 'Nightmare' in Chattanooga: 4 Marines Killed, 1 Officer Wounded in Attacks on Navy Facilities

FOX NEWS
Four Marines were killed Thursday at a Chattanooga, Tenn., Navy training center, in what authorities called a possible "act of domestic terrorism" that consisted of two attacks carried out by a lone gunman at military facilities just seven miles apart, officials said.
The unidentified gunman shot up a recruiting center before driving to the Navy Operational Support Center and Marine Corps Reserve Center and killing four Marines before he was shot, authorities said. Sources told Fox News police chased the gunman from the recruiting center to the Center, where the killings took place. The FBI and military police were investigating the attack, but authorities could not rule out the possibility of terrorism.
“We are treating this as an act of domestic terrorism,” said Bill Killian, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
The names of the Marines who were reportedly shot were not immediately released pending notification of their families. The Navy Operational Support Center and Marine Corps Reserve Center lies along a bend in the Tennessee River, northeast of downtown Chattanooga.
Despite Killian's statement, an FBI Special Agent Ed Reinhold told reporters that it may have been a criminal act. The gunman was killed, but authorities did not comment on his identity, motivation or the circumstances of his death. Authorities said the gunman did not work at either military facility.
Reinhold said all the dead were killed at the Navy Operational Support Center and Marine Corps Reserve Center Chattanooga. It sits between Amnicola Highway and a pathway that runs through Tennessee RiverPark, a popular park at a bend in the Tennessee River northeast of downtown Chattanooga. It's in a light industrial area that includes a Coca-Cola bottling plant and Binswanger Glass.
The two entrances to the fenced facility have unmanned gates and concrete barriers that require approaching cars to slow down to drive around them.

Obama’s Chairman of the Joint Chief nominee: Russia is an ‘existential threat’ to the United States

In the 2012 presidential debate between the congenitally smarmy and clownish Barack Obama and the hapless and fearful of offending Mitt Romney, Barack Obama leveled this charge against Romney:
OBAMA: Governor Romney, I’m glad that you recognize that Al Qaida is a threat, because a few months ago when you were asked what’s the biggest geopolitical threat facing America, you said Russia, not Al Qaida; you said Russia, in the 1980s, they’re now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because, you know, the Cold War’s been over for 20 years
But Governor, when it comes to our foreign policy, you seem to want to import the foreign policies of the 1980s, just like the social policies of the 1950s and the economic policies of the 1920s.
Obama was wrong then. But if he had been right, then the testimony of his own nominee to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine General Joe Dunford would have provided damning appraisal on the fecklessness of Obama’s foreign policy:
During his confirmation hearing Thursday morning, President Barack Obama’s pick to be the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Gen. Joe Dunford, told the Senate Armed Services Committee that Vladimir Putin’s Russia ranked No.1.
Moscow’s behavior is “nothing short of alarming,” the general said, adding that “Russia presents the greatest threat to our national security” and “could pose an existential threat to the United States.”
If Chief Justice John Roberts is reading this, we’re using a dictionary where this is found:
An existential threat is a threat to something’s survival.
One of the critical geo-political errors made by George H. W. Bush was treating Russia, the successor state to the USSR, as some sort of pet Yorkie that could be made to perform tricks rather than a nuclear-armed kleptocracy ruled by, as George Patton would have said, ‘recently civilized Mongolian bandits.’ George Bush was getting the formula right when he left office. He had looked into Putin’s soul and beheld a seething, effervescing puddle of hate and corruption.
China may be our most dangerous adversary. Iran is the one most likely to do something really ugly. But Russia is the only nation in the world that has set out to pick a fight with the United States for no other reason than Putin needs a permanent enemy to fight in order to remain in power. This was obvious in 2009. It is staggeringly obvious today.
So Obama owes the nation answers to several question.

ONE MORE MISSION: MARINE JIM WEBB TO TAKE ON HILLARY

He’s served as a Marine in Vietnam, a citizen as Secretary of the Navy, and as a Virginian in the U.S. Senate. Now Jim Webb wants to serve his country again — as a presidential candidate.

He will challenge Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Martin O’Malley, and Lincoln Chaffee in the Democratic primaries.
Webb admits it won’t be easy.
“I understand the odds, particularly in today’s political climate where fair debate is so often drowned out by huge sums of money. I know that more than one candidate in this process intends to raise at least a billion dollars – some estimates run as high as two billion dollars – in direct and indirect financial support,” he writes in a letter to supporters.
Webb vows to focus on restoring the military. He criticizes both of the last two administrations, saying he wouldn’t have intervened in Iraq (Bush) or Libya (Obama). “And today I would not be the President to sign an executive order establishing a long-tem relationship with Iran if it accepts Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons,” Webb adds. The Iran agreement could be signed later this month.
Webb also prescribes an aggressive domestic policy. “Let’s give our younger people a cause worth fighting for. Let’s clean out the manure-filled stables of a political system that has become characterized by greed,” he writes. “Let’s rebuild an educational system that gives everyone a fair chance. A democracy is only as strong as the promise it offers its young citizens through the public education system.”
He concludes his announcement with two promises:
The first is that every endeavor will be based on the premise that has been the foundation of our society from the day the United States Constitution was signed: that we are a nation of laws, not of specially privileged people, and that our greatest strength comes from the power of our multicultural heritage.
And the second is that I mean what I say, that if I make a promise I will keep it, and that outside my faith and my family, my greatest love will always be for this amazing country that for more than 200 years has given so many people the opportunity to have a good life, raise a family, live in freedom, and achieve their dreams.

Marines looking to deploy on foreign ships because the U.S. doesn’t have enough

Marines looking to deploy on foreign ships because the U.S. doesn't have enoughAnyone who thinks Barack Obama never saw a dollar he didn’t want to spend . . . OK, that’s probably true, but there are some reasons for spending a dollar for which he doesn’t have much use. And as we all know, the military is at the top of that list. Every dollar spent on the Armed Forces is a dollar Obama can’t spend regulating industry, having the IRS harass his political opponents or illegally subsidizing health care premiums.

.So why build enough ships for the Marines to fulfill their responsibilities. President Leading From Behind doesn’t want the U.S. to be a global leader anyway, and hey, there’s always foreign ships! Maybe they can hitch a ride on them. Now this is the point where you probably think I’m slipping into the absurd to get your attention.

Faced with a shortage of U.S. Navy ships, the Marine Corps is exploring a plan to deploy its forces aboard foreign vessels to ensure they can respond quickly to global crises around Europe and western Africa.
The initiative is a stopgap way to deploy Marines aboard ships overseas until more American vessels are available, said Brig. Gen. Norman Cooling, deputy commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa.
The Marines will be able to respond quickly to evacuate embassies or protect U.S. property and citizens, a need highlighted by the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador.
“There’s no substitute for U.S. amphibious” vessels, Cooling said. “We’re looking at other options” in the meantime, he added.
The Marines have been working with Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and other close allies to determine the suitability of the foreign ships for U.S. personnel and aircraft.
The units would be designed for limited operations and not major amphibious assaults. A ground force of about 100 to 120 Marines would be deployed along with three or four Ospreys, which fly like airplanes but can take off and land like helicopters.
The U.S. Navy has 30 amphibious ships but says it needs 38 to fulfill war fighting requirements. It won’t reach that level until 2028 because of budget constraints, according to the Navy.
You know, this is funny, this talk of “budget constraints.” The U.S spends upwards of $3.7 trillion every year, and it’s been that way ever since 2009 when the Democrats passed an $862 billion spending blowout they claimed was a one-time “stimulus package,” but was actually added to the budgeting baseline for subsequent years. You probably didn’t notice that because the Democrat-controlled Senate under the leadership of Harry Reid simply stopped passing budgets. But they didn’t stop spending the money.

So if there are “budget constraints” for the Pentagon, it’s only because Congress and the administration went so completely hog-wild in every other aspect of the federal budget - running deficits north of $1 trillion five years in a row, and having an absolute conniption fit when Republicans tried to demand spending reductions in exchange for raising the debt ceiling.

So now we don’t have enough ships for the Marines to do their jobs, and they’re seriously having to seek space on foreign ships.

Nice job, the 52 percent of you idiots who re-elected this guy.
