PALIN: PLANNED PARENTHOOD, NOT CONFEDERATE FLAG, KILLED 90,000 BLACK BABIES IN 2014

Sarah Palin pulled no punches when calling for the defunding of Planned Parenthood on Sunday, pointing out that it was Planned Parenthood, not the Confederate flag, which killed 90,000 black babies in 2014.
In a Facebook status update, Palin posted a picture of the Confederate flag next to the Planned Parenthood logo, then asked, “Which symbol killed 90,000 black babies last year? #Defund Planned Parenthood.” By Monday, the post had garnered almost 111,000 likes and 59,000 shares.
Palin has consistently updated her Facebook page following the revelation that Planned Parenthood executives allegedly confessed selling fetal body parts.
Planned Parenthood receives roughly $500 million in government funding every year, although federal funding is barred from paying for abortions. Planned Parenthoodperformed 327,000 abortions in 2014.
Palin has been a consistent and ardent foe of abortion. In her 2009 book, Going Rogue, she outlined her uncompromising position:
But the debate moderator decided to personalize his hypotheticals with a series of “what if…” questions:
Q: If a woman were, say, raped…
A: I would choose life.
Q: If your daughter were pregnant…
A: Again, I would choose life.”
Q: If your teenage daughter got pregnant…
A: I’d counsel a young parent to choose life & consider adoption.
GOP leaders are acting to remove funding for Planned Parenthood; on Friday, Senate Majority Leader
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
52%
 (R-Ky.) completed a fast-track process for legislation removing the funding;
Rep. Diane Black (R-TN)
66%
has brought the Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015 before the House. House Majority Leader
Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA)
45%
wants the funding for Planned Parenthood stopped until an investigation of the alleged sale of fetal body parts has been completed.

Sexism and Racism Are Leftism

In our time, sexism and racism have become the province of the rich.

Discrimination by sex and by race are ancient innate pathologies and transcend particular cultures. But the American idea of sexism and racism in the 21st century — unfailing, endemic, and institutional discrimination by a majority-white-male-privileged culture against both women and so-called non-white minorities — has largely become a leftist construct. We can see how these two relativist -isms work in a variety of ways.

One, the frequent charge of racism and sexism is predicated not so much on one’s gender and race as on one’s gender, race, and politics. Certainly, few on the left worried much about the slurs against Sarah Palin during and after her vice-presidential run. America’s overclass in the media and leftist politics constructed a sexist portrait of a clueless white-trash mom in Wasilla, Alaska, mindlessly having lots of kids after barely graduating from the University of Idaho. Even Bill Maher’s and David Letterman’s liberal armor would not have withstood leftist thrusts had, mutatis mutandis, the former called Hillary Clinton a c–t or the latter disparaged Ms. Clinton as “slutty flight attendant” and joked that, when a teen, Chelsea Clinton had had sexual relations with a Yankee baseball player in the dugout. Ironically it was the by-her-own-bootstraps lower-middle-class Palin who braved the frontier, no-prisoners, male world to become governor of Alaska; in real terms, she is the true feminist. In contrast, according to doctrinaire feminism, Hillary Clinton does not measure up. She has largely clung, in mousy fashion, to her two-timing husband, excused his serial and manipulative philandering with young women of less clout and power, traded on his political nomenclature, and piggy-backed on his career.

PALIN SLAMS OBAMATRADE AS ANOTHER ‘DON’T PASS IT ’TIL WE KNOW WHAT’S IN IT!’

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is sharing Breitbart News’story on Facebook, following the close Rules vote ahead of Friday’s final vote on the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would grant President Obama fast-track authority to finish his trade negotiations.

She also posted her reaction to the non-transparency this administration has shown in handling the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, which is keeping part of the draft in a secret room on Capitol Hill.
“The secretive, hugely impacting Obamatrade deal is another behind-closed-doors fast-tracked D.C. deal that screams “don’t pass it ’til we know what’s in it!” Yet politicians are going along to get along, supporting Obama’s pet project while ignoring the public’s right to know what’s in this monumental international trade deal. This, despite the President’s track record proving he hasn’t got it in him to put American workers first,” Palin posted.
“If Congress hands this secretive deal to Obama on a silver platter, admitting to not even reading it first, then shame on us for letting another one slide. This is fast-tracked, friends. Like Obamacare, when we sounded warning bells but too many were too busy to pressure their employees (your elected politicians) to do the right thing and learn it first. Since when is Congress able to halt any bullying administration’s fast-track deals? They never have before. Didn’t we learn last time?”
The vote on TPA is expected Friday afternoon.

SARAH PALIN: OBAMA TOO 'LAZY' TO HOLD OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE FOR VA SCANDAL

On Wednesday, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said President Barack Obama does not hold officials in his administration accountable for their scandals because he is lazy.

SARAH PALIN ON 'HANNITY,' 5/21/14

Sarah Palin on 'Hannity,' 5/21/14

“When you hold someone accountable, it takes energy and resource, and Barack Obama is lazy," Palin said on Fox News' Hannity. "In fact, he warned us that he was lazy, and he attributed that to having been brought up in Hawaii. It’s his words, not mine."
In a 2011 interview with Barbara Walters, Obama did, in fact, say he was lazy, as Palin noted.
"There is a deep down, underneath all the work I do, I think there's a laziness in me," Obama said then, as Politico reported"It's probably from, you know, growing up in Hawaii, and it's sunny outside and sitting on the beach."
Obama said he learned via the television about the scandal in his Veterans Administration. Forty people reportedly died after being placed on secret waiting lists. And Palin said things like the disastrous Obamacare rollout, Benghazi, and the VA scandal occur "when you have a commander-in-chief that is not engaged."
Palin said Obama will just spew "more rhetoric," and she expressed her belief that "nothing is going to happen when Obama is in charge of the military, the VA, and the federal government in general."
"And another thing is that Barack Obama still doesn’t see what the main problem is," she continued. "The main problem is government. It’s not the solution, like Ronald Reagan said; it is the problem."
She said since Obama does not recognize this, "government is going to continue to grow" under him and "will create and perpetuate" more problems.
Palin asserted that America's veterans "have earned the benefits that we should be providing them and they have been promised," and she blasted the media for continuing to let Obama off the hook by "not holding him accountable."

Palin Mocked In 2008 For Warning Putin May Invade Ukraine If Obama Elected

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin warned that if Senator Barack Obama were elected president, his "indecision" and "moral equivalence" may encourage Russia's Vladimir Putin to invade Ukraine.

After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama's reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia's Putin to invade Ukraine Next.

Sarah Palin discussed the issue with Fox New's Todd Starnes: I just finished chatting with Sarah Palin. Here's a comment she asked me to share exclusively with you folks:

"Back in 2008, I accurately predicted the possibility of Putin feeling emboldened to invade Ukraine because I could see what kind of leader Barack Obama would be. The bullies of the world are always emboldened by indecision and moral equivalence. We can expect more of this sort of thing in a world where America is gutting its military and 'leading from behind.'"

SARAH PALIN BLASTS PRESS: YOU ONLY 'CRY FOUL' WHEN 'OBAMA'S BOOT IS ON YOUR NECK'

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin blasted the mainstream press for only holding President Barack Obama accountable when they are impacted by Obama's overreach and abuses, while not being watchdogs in nearly every other case.

"Lamestream calls for empathy, even outrage, for a First Amendment violation that's on par with all the abuse we've brought to your attention as Obama stomps on our Constitution," Palin wrote on her Facebook page after the Obama administration's FCC aborted plans to monitor the country's newsrooms. "You've IGNORED us, you've marginalized us, you've left us for 'destroyed.' But when Obama's boot is on YOUR neck you finally wake the h*ll up and cry foul? Good Lord."
Palin, who resolved before the new year to hold the "lapdog media" more accountable, posted her message on Facebook after the FCC backtracked on Friday and said it would not ask newsrooms to answer questions about how they conduct their news-gathering operations. As Breitbart News reported, Mignon Clyburn, the daughter of Fairness Doctrine proponent Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), has been leading the charge on behalf of the FCC.
Palin linked to a Breitbart News article about many of the Obama administration's abuses in cracking down on freedom of the press. Proving Palin's point, one of the only other times the mainstream press held the Obama administration to account was after revelations that the administration intercepted email and phone messages from mainstream media journalists for national security purposes.

Alaska Democrats Campaign to Reinstate Sarah Palin's Tax Policies

Alaska Democrats are campaigning to have former Gov. Sarah Palin's tax policy reinstated after Palin's successor, Gov. Sean Parnell, had it repealed this year, saying that it discouraged exploration.

But Democrats liked the way it was in the Palin years and were able to gather enough signatures to make it a ballot measure for 2014, asking that Alaska voters repeal the new plan and keep Palin's, The New York Times reported.

"She was a transformational figure in Alaska politics," said Democratic State Senator Bill Wielechowski, a leader of the repeal effort. Tax policy had not caught up to the profits being made in oil in The Last Frontier. "People realized that for decades Alaska had not gotten a fair share."

Palin ran for governor as a reform candidate in 2006 after it was learned that the oil companies in the state were buying off state legislators in exchange for votes.

However, Andrew Halcro, president of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, argues that while Palin's tax policies were popular at the time, they may have gone too far and have resulted in discouraging oil companies from drilling.

"People were angry at the oil industry, angry at the Republican Party, angry at the lawmakers who got caught in the scandal, and she channeled that," Halcro said. "And so when she raised taxes, people were like, 'All right, you go get 'em.' But then the reality sunk in."

While Alaskan Democrats prefer Palin's tax policy, they are hesitant to solicit her support in repealing the new law because she has become a polarizing figure following her candidacy as vice president in 2008 and her resignation as governor.

"She did the right thing. She put in a tax that was tough on the big guys," said Jack Roderick, age 87, former Democratic major of Anchorage Borough and leader of the repeal effort. But with her divisive image, including her in the campaign would "probably not be helpful."

Sarah Palin On ObamaCare, Washington Dysfunction And Martin Bashir Comments

In an exclusive Fox News Sunday interview, former Governor Sarah Palin addressed the comments made about her by Martin Bashir. After Palin compared America’s national debt to slavery, the MSNBC host said she should suffer the same punishment forced upon 18th century slaves.

Bashir later apologized, saying it was “wholly unacceptable” that he implied Palin should eat feces, but he has not been suspended or reprimanded by MSNBC. Meanwhile, his colleague Alec Baldwin had his show suspended for allegedly making a homophobic slur against a photographer.

Palin told Chris Wallace it’s hypocritical that Bashir hasn’t been suspended for his comments. “That’s the executive hypocrisy that’s so prevalent in the media elite bubble where it depends on the target of the vile rants. It doesn’t depend on what the rant itself actually is and conservative women are a target of them.”

MSNBC not saying whether Martin Bashir apology is enough

Martin BashirNEW YORK (AP) — MSNBC was not saying Tuesday whether disciplinary action is planned against show host Martin Bashir, who has apologized for "deeply offensive" comments he made about Sarah Palin.

In a commentary on Friday, Bashir called the former Alaska governor "America's resident dunce" and a "world class idiot," and suggested she be punished for remarks about slavery by having someone defecate in her mouth.

On Monday, Bashir said he deeply regretted what he said.

"I wanted to take this opportunity to say sorry to Mrs. Palin and offer an unreserved apology to her friends and family, our viewers and anyone else who might have heard what I said,"

said Bashir, who hosts an hour-long commentary program on the cable network's afternoon schedule.
Bashir's commentary came on the same day that MSNBC suspended Alec Baldwin's weekly talk show for two episodes after the actor was videotaped using an anti-gay slur against a photographer during a New York street encounter.

An MSNBC spokeswoman did not immediately respond to questions Tuesday about whether any further action was being contemplated against Bashir. The former ABC "Nightline" host was on the air for his show on Tuesday. A Fox News representative could not immediately reach Palin for comment.

Bashir had attacked Palin and her "long-diseased mind" after playing video of a speech where she compared the United States' potential indebtedness to China to slavery.

Bashir told the story of Thomas Thistlewood, a former overseer at a plantation who left detailed diaries that described his punishment of wayward slaves. In one case, Thistlewood ordered another slave to defecate in the mouth of the miscreant. In another case, someone urinated in the face of a slave who was being punished.

"When Mrs. Palin invokes slavery, she doesn't just prove her rank ignorance, she confirms (that) if anyone truly qualifies for a dose of discipline from Thomas Thistlewood, then she would be the outstanding candidate," he said.

Mark Levin Makes Mincemeat Out of Martin Bashir

MARK LEVIN: This guy -- what is his name? Martin Bashir -- if that is his name, Martin Bashir -- Friday closed his show with likely the most disgraceful rant against former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin you've ever heard. Hey tough guy, Martin Bashir, you like picking on women? You like picking on a mother and a grandmother? You a tough guy, pal? You strike me as not tough at all, if you get my drift. As a little puke, tough guy.
.
Besides calling her America's resident dunce and claiming she has a deceased mind, Bashir suggested that someone should defecate in her mouth and urinate in her eyes. And this is a long clip which I will not play because I don't want to disturb you folks about what goes on on this pathetic little carbon footprint called MSLSD.

Disgusting: Martin Bashir suggests someone should defecate in Palin’s mouth and urinate in her eyes

Sarah Palin said our children and their children will be enslaved to US debt when it finally comes due…in fact the word she used was ‘slavery’. Now we all know that slavery has more than one meaning and definitely and is completely understandable when used in that context.
But Martin Bashir decided that her use of the term slavery was so out of bounds that he read how a certain slave owner forced his other slaves to defecate in one slave’s mouth and piss in his eyes for something he had done, and said Sarah Palin deserved the same treatment. Really, I’m not kidding:

I just have no words to effectively communicate what I think about Bashir because every time I think of one it just doesn’t go far enough. He’s just, quite frankly, the must repulsive broadcaster that MSNBC has and he doesn’t even deserve a job as a pundit of any kind after this kind of attack.
But I’m sure MSNBC will turn the other cheek, because you know, it’s Sarah Palin.

Sharpton, Joan Walsh Unload on Palin for Slavery Remark: Feeding ‘White Grievance Industry’

Al Sharpton wasted no time on Monday night tearing into Sarah Palin for comparing the national debt to slavery, with the qualifying phrase “this isn’t racist.” Sharpton said, “It’s hard to avoid sounding racist when you make comparisons like that,” and was joined by Cynthia Tucker and Joan Walsh in the ensuing Palin pile-on.
Sharpton brought up Palin’s low approval ratings and argued that part of the reason the Republicans and tea party suffer from low approvals as well is because they “repeat her talking points,” and called on them to “reject Palin’s brand of extremism instead of copying it.”
Tucker said that for the GOP, slavery is just like rape, because every time they openly speak about either, “they’ll say something stupid.” Walsh, however, differed from Sharpton’s talk of “extremism” by charging that “Sarah Palin is the mainstream of the Republican party.” Walsh added, “When you’re tempted to preface something by saying ‘this isn’t racist,’ maybe you should check yourself and think about it, because it probably is.’”
Walsh added that Palin’s just fueling the “white grievance industry” with charged comments like that.

MSNBC Guest Calls Sarah Palin the ‘Jar Jar Binks’ of the GOP

The Ed Show’s guest host Michael Eric Dysont ook advantage of the news that Sarah Palin will be speaking at this weekend’s Iowa Faith and Freedom Conference to invite comedian John Fugelsang on the MSNBC show to give his take on her motives and generally mock her presidential prospects.
Fugelsang suspected that Palin primary goal is to “flog” her new book, Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas “She’s getting in on the War on Christmas bandwagon about five years after Bill O’reilly made it trendy.” While he said it’s easy to “scoff” at Palin and call her “irrelevant,” there’s a reason why the MSNBC hosts were dedicating an entire segment to her.
“She does for the GOP what Jar Jar Binks did for Star Wars Episode 1,” Fugelsang continued. “She distracts the easily amused from a total lack of narrative.” At the same time, he said, “She is still a king-maker and everybody wants her endorsement.”
The comedian went on to predict that Palin will “be the first-ever major party ticket candidate to one day host a cosmetics infomercial.” But for now, he said, “her job is it to keep herself in the media eye, she’s very good at doing that. She is going to talk about the War on Christmas and make that her new pet issue with the book that somebody else wrote. And that should be pretty effective. Telling people who are the religious majority they’re an abused minority will never make you go broke.”
Fugelsang ended his Palin-centered rant by calling her “a hero to gullible conservatives, smart liberals, and all comedians. So, I hope she runs.”
